I think this is my favorite house and property! It is swoon-worthy! Thoughtfully designed and restored, and sublime furnishings. And what a location, with the view of Cortona on the distant hillside. I can just imagine how beautiful it is at night. Pool, spa haven, air conditioning, all of that land and the furnishings....at an absolutely amazing price! This is one that I'll be putting on my list to Santa ;-)

A couple of weeks ago, you mentioned that one viewer requested the listing price to be at the beginning of your video. And that you’d be happy to accommodate. To be honest, that has changed how we have viewed each subsequent property. We both feel it was more effective to share the listing price at the end. Before, we watched critically, not knowing the price. Now we watch each room with the listing price in mind. Obviously searching for properties on real estate sites, you see the price ahead of images. Your one take properties, with the price at the end, where a welcome deviation from this. We are just two voices, as was the person requesting the price upfront. Not sure what the middle ground is. Perhaps a survey amongst your 75K subscribers could give direction. Either way, keep these properties coming. Although this one is out of range, you have shown some in our price range that are stunning as well.
