- A couple of quiet fishing days in Winter, but managed to get a couple of fish. Some tasty fish burgers cooked on the beach, and great company with another keen fisherman.

Cooked your bread crum fish for the wife and kids the other night, my wife said “where did you learn to cook like that” I said my cuz from Utube land showed me. Sweet, they all loved it 👍

That's the hardest thing to do is find a good thumbnail picture for a vid.
.............Our seasons must be reversed.....winter there and 102 F. degrees with a stout North wind .....Has been 107 degrees F. the last few days here in Central Texas.... It's so great watching you cook your catch on the beach with all the seasonings and then eat it on a sandwich ..makes me hungry !!.....All you need is a slice of onion or a jalopeno pepper......
Our weather are the opposite seasons, I get jealous when my US youtube mates are having fun in the warmth while we are freezing. Though It doesn't get that cold where I live. I did forget some jalapeno taco sauce/mayo that I found a few months back and put it on everything.
Greg Knight Yes sir, they're reversed 😊 Was 109 F here in DFW this past weekend, but my husband lives in NZ where it's winter. Every time he tells me he's cold, I feel a sting of jealousy lol

..................Every time you fish Thornton Inlet there is a small island offshore maybe a mile or more with two cone shaped peaks..one twice the size of the other.....If that island has a name , or if there is a story that goes with it, I would be interested in the details.....Great fishing show as usual...and the cooking smells great....even way over here..!!

P.S.Wetting the sand with water stops the wind blowing the sand around your stove site...using the tools you have like your chilly bin..

I wojld like to tell you bro, i got inspired by you that i decided to go fishing over the weekend at Swansea NSW. I caught a giant trevally, sting ray and a shark. I released the shark. The trevally is still in the fridge but i cooked the stingray in some curry Asian style. 😀

What’s the rod size hooks and reel using.?
I use 6/0 recurve, helps for hook exposure. Some say too big, but I like them. There is a link to the reel I use in the description.
