Please understand it is not a way to judge CNG milage..it is good for petrol. But in cng you have to empty the tank first then refill it. Note down the exact amount of gas refilled.then make your trip A or B zero.. run the car and empty the tank again. Check the km of trip and divide it by the amount of gas refilled..then you can get exact milage.. technique used by you in video will give some time more than 35 and some time you will get less than 20 cause air expand and contract depending on ambient temp.
hi - We are personally using a CNG cars since 2010 and in these combinations, I have tested all the methods known today to check the CNG mileage - both the methods, the one you shared and the one I followed, give us similar results and are equally accurate - I have personally verified it on multiple occasions on two of my personal CNG cars as well as different media units - thanks for your opinion ❤️
Method of getting milege of cng is wrong bcoz always the same quantity of cng is not filled,as it depends on pressure of cng pump, this method works only on diesel and petrol.
there is always a difference, you can not replicate the exact same conditions- infact happens with petrol/diesel as well as the temperature rises or go down... hence to reduce any errors, we refill at the same pump
Any car will deliver maximum mileage when the acceleration pedal is pressed less than 5% of the maximum. (Very Gradual Acceleration). Also instead of using brakes, it's better to remove foot off the accelerator at a distance so that the car stops itself after certain distance. This may get more mileage, but the drive could feel boring!
@@AutoHuntersIndia i meant, the technique you guys are using to calculate cng mileage is not correct. Same pumps give different pressures at even couple hour difference. this method is good only when testing petrol or diesel. best way to calculate cng mileage is fill tank to full and exaust till it automatically switches to petrol. do it couple of times.(possible only if you really own the car, not review ones) i am 100% sure when you guys filled cng after 1 bar left it was left for maximum of 25-30 kms, in that case it would've taken 250(approx)km to use 8.5 kg of cng. Hence believable mileage. not 35kmpkg
sorry to say but the method that you are using is wrong. I am driving CNG cars since last 11 years and let me tell you the method we followed is one of the best methods to calculate the fuel economy. Here in Delhi, most of the CNG pumps are ONLINE pumps, i.e. they have a continuous CNG supply from pipelines and hence no major difference in pressure is seen. The method that you shared will give major errors as it is extremely hard to estimate the total CNG volume in the tank at a given time. In addition to this, any change in the ambient temperature will cause major differences in the results. Hence, the method we followed is one of the most accurate methods to calculate fuel efficiency.
The results are right infront of you. The fuel economy depends on a lot of factors including driving styles, driving conditions, traffic, avg speeds, etc. Also, a video on how to extract maximum fuel economy will be out soon for people like you - stay tuned!

Really Good Review , I suggest to make a video on driving Techniques for Maximum Economy
Sure bro, will do that shortly... stay tuned 🙏

I purchased Tiago before 3 days..and get avarage of 22 km per kg
dont Judge on someone else , average Highly depends on Driving Method , there are people who crossed 30 and there are some who not even got 20

maximum mileage it could give was 25kmpkg and minimum 19kmpkg
