I had the opportunity to see the full Presentation. Nice Builder!
One detail that wasn’t appealing was the lack of Natural light inside the first two models. Also no Windows inside the bathrooms. Just on The San Marino Model. ( Master Bath )
We are empty nesters and started to look from different builders what they get to offer. Also we have family members that are also looking to purchase additional properties as Well. All of Us looking for Houses that are full of light, pantry, Outdoor lights, garage opener, Energy Efficient, Not Floating Zone, NOT CDD’s, No Septic Tanks and a Patio Lanai. We started to look in Advance due to all Our leases will expire between September/ and January/.
