La Fresque de la Diversité chez ENGIE

Depuis 2023, ENGIE est un partenaire privilégié de la Fresque de la Diversité et utilise cet outil de sensibilisation pour l'ensemble de ses équipes à travers le monde.
"Sensibiliser aux enjeux des discriminations pour construire une société inclusive", c'est le pari que s'est lancé l'ESSEC en créant la Fresque de la Diversité, en collaboration avec Belugames spécialiste des jeux de coopération. Cet outil collaboratif fondé sur les travaux de la psychologie sociale et des sciences cognitives a été supervisé par Junko Takagi, professeure titulaire de la Chaire Leadership et Diversité.

Since 2023, ENGIE is a privileged partner for the Diversity Fresco, using this tool to raise awareness among their teams all over the world.
"Raising awareness around discrimination in order to build an inclusive society" is the challenge that ESSEC Business School has taken on by creating the Diversity Fresco. This collaborative tool, based on the findings of social psychology and cognitive sciences, was supervised by Junko Takagi, professor of the Leadership and Diversity Chair.
