ang alam ko po pwede po na doon na lang magpa Antigen pagdating pero baka applicable po sa by land/sea na travel.. pero kung mag eroplano po, baka hanapin before check in yung test result..

Hi! yes po, kumuha kami ng Acceptance letter from LGU.. right now po, ang requirements na lang pag LSI po negative RT-PCR test result and Acceptance/Notice of Coordination letter from LGU..

yung parents po namin sa Masbate yung nagasikaso sa pagkuha ng acceptance letter sa CDRRMO... pinuntahan po nila sa office.. nung nagawa na, binigyan kami ng photos and nagpaprint na kami...

Di po kami nagquarantine kasi negative po yung result.. Update po pala sa requirements, di na po kailangan mag antigen/swab test basta po may S-pass po and fully vaccinated po..

yes po, nasa video naman po and nasa description na late upload na po yan.. ang alam ko po na requirements ngayon pag LSI negative RT-PCR test result and Notice of Coordination letter.

1. Negative RTC-PCR (saliva/swab) or Antigen test
2. Travel order
3. Company ID
4. Notice of Coordination from CDRRMO
5. Travel itinerary

hello po, sa brgy.po kung saan po kayo galing or inaaliasan.. pero ang alam ko po hindi na po kailangan ngayon ang brgy. certificate..verify nyo na lang din po if need pa..
