I absolutely love attending events at Blue Sky Yoga and am so glad to see you featuring them! Sound baths have been very helpful in soothing my nervous system and helping me to meditate. Katie is phenomenal and one of the most compassionate humans I've ever met. She truly bring a felt sense of safety to every class she holds.
But I thought all the yoga promoters told us that yoga is just about stretching, relaxation and healthful living. Riiiggghht. Looks totally like a religion to me. Go for a stretching workout...stay for the pagan religion! 👎
