at 69 years old this is another technique i will add to my to my training routine thank you very much for sharing these i started karate in around feb 1974 in japan karate association there s an on going international tournament then on which shihan osaka won the first place osh
Thank you for this video. I love the Hoitsukan & Osaka Sensei is a wonderful instructor with an amazing sensei of humour. The Hoitsukan dojo has such a wonderful history & feel to it. I visited this dojo in 1982. It is under the apartment block where Nakayama Sensei & Kanazawa Sensei lived. I wonder who is teaching there these days, as to my knowledge Kawawada Sensei is no longer in the JKA (he is in JTKA with Tanaka & Yamaguchi Sensei). So who teaches there now?
