    Allen I have the Prestige R2, not the pro! Your correct!! It will run and run as long as it is aligned correctly...but I have two questions:.
    1. How can you tell if it's aligned completely??
    2. After so many prints I lose color quality and have to do a head clean after so many prints....is there a trick that it will automatically do a head clean while printing after so many prints??

      I haven’t figured out a way to make sure its perfectly aligned for sure at the start yet but I have a hunch that im going to try soon. It involves lining it up as good as possible and putting some space between the printer and shaker so when it pills tight you can physically see if its aligned a little better. I also look at the dots on the bed of the pinch rollers and try to get the film as straight as possible. Right now the print starts to smear i loft the back roller bar ao the film straightens out then lower it again. Then i either slightly adjust the shaker or the actual film roll. Its kind of an issue every-time you change rolls. Once you get it lined up you are good to go. They should have made a little groove for us to line the film so we know.
      Cleanings Yes. In print xp there is a setting you can turn on to automatically do a cleaning between jobs.

    Thank you for sharing your videos. They are very informative. I have the R2 (not R2 pro). Luckily, I haven't had any major issues. Recently bought the miro13 shaker. What settings you use for your shaker?

    Great video! I thought you “geared” up to work on the DTF printers; gown, gloves mask and such - I keep seeing home crafters buying DTF printers and not even using gloves around the powder and oven…I keep telling them how foolish they are and to come to your channel to watch your DTF video.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  13 годин тому

    Whats yoir experience with the procolored L1800? For my budget its alot more affordable. Id love to get a R2 but my pocket says more proclored..lol

      I ive never had it but I think it’s comparable to the A3+R. My recommendation would be to wait and get an R2 Pro. The ones on the L1800 platform print waaaay to slow to make the money we have in mind. You could maybe print enough product to make a little over $100 a day printing at that speed. R2 Pro over $1000 a day

      @@adubbproductions ok, thank you. Do you use the same brand of inks from All American? I've been using the DTFs from Ninja Tranfers and would like to keep using their inks...which ones do you use?

      Have you changed your print head? I've had 4 of those printers and the print head will burn out!

      @@mccoydlno I haven’t. I tried to clean it but no luck. I refuse to put any more money into it. I get all types of error lights & problems in general. The printer cost too much to only last for a little over a year 😢. Now I see why they discontinued that model

      Try soaking the print head in cleaning solution but be careful not to get the receptacles that takes the ribbon cables wet.

      My embroidery machines are fantastic and they have been working with me to resolve all my issues. They are amongst one of the best companies when it comes to customer service in my opinion and I’ve dealt with alot of the companies in this industry.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  13 годин тому

      I’ve never heard of the by-20 so thats out. I already have 2 dtg printers so thats out. That leaves us with one option the R2Pro.
