Damn, These bomb shelter layouts looks sweet!
I can barely wait until I get into court and get the compensation so I can then buy up a few blocks of land and have a shelter built under a house while also planting up luxury crops.
I'll definitely be looking forward to meeting you Ron and possibly doing the tour guide routine.

I wonder why they put the I beams under the main unit when there was already a concrete pad. Never seen them do that before.
I think they put rock in the void, for water drainage. Especially in such a rocky area, it will keep the moisture off the bottom of the bunker. I saw one where they put a bunker in a hole that was basically solid clay, so like rock, doesn't drain well
I really like this build, but would love to know about the costs of such a build, even if it's a ballpark. I understand that prices vary depending on where in the country it's being installed, but I'm curious about general costs of the different-sized units.
Also, you should do a couple of videos of smaller, more affordable units, such as a no-frills, modular square 10x20 as shown on your website. I'd love to know base pricing, but hate calling and talking to sales people.

A bunker is only as good as you actually being in it to survive an attack. When there is a 20 minute warning, or any at all, where is one and their family going to be when everyone is potentially in different locations nowhere near the bunker? I suppose you'll have to keep a sharp eye on the signs from the media and governments here and overseas.
yeah that was pretty cowboy not having the site prepped before the lift with the steel in the bottom of the hole. doing things like standing under a load riding the edge of life and death for no real reason
if i had 1/10 the money i would move to southern mexico..... easy to grow food and NO fallout.
Apparently no optional exit when under a house.

Easily, it’s all overpressure. Ground strike creates ground slap, so a very different problem (see silos)
