Yeah the leslie """"salt"""" incident kind of just completely destroyed the illusion of the show when it happened. Of course reality tv has to be scripted, but you can't even pretend that it was a competition anymore at that point. Kind of a bad move by the producers to create a fake dramatic moment, all the judges had to do was say they didnt like leslies cake as much

i dont get the thing with Leslie, sure early on the girl not being eliminated for salt instead of sugar is off when its a head to head contest and one persons cake was better then the other then its pretty damn clear that the one with the better dish would win. whats hard to understand there? do people really think that something with a bad construction was worse then salt instead of sugar?
