Thanks for the video, going to make that tonight. Yep camped at Dwellingup many years ago, i love to do beef short ribs, i use the recipe tin eats beef short ribs in barbecue sauce recipe, cook for around the 4 hours mark. Last time i made it at camp, one of my nephews said can we have this again tomorrow night please
