Yep camped at Dwellingup many years ago, i love to do beef short ribs, i use the recipe tin eats beef short ribs in barbecue sauce recipe, cook for around the 4 hours mark. Last time i made it at camp, one of my nephews said can we have this again tomorrow night please

As an 80 Series owner myself, I always find it interesting to see how others have kitted out theirs. You've created a sleeping area that looks comfy with plenty of room to move. Definitely a lot more room than the roof top tent I have on my 80. Great work. 👍

Gotta love the auspit!!! One of my go toos is pork spit with a camp oven stuffed pumpkin ( bacon onion philli cheese stuffing) goes alright! But omg EPIC day after sandwiches stuffed pumpkin and spit roast pork !!! 🤤
