I added this routine into my weekly schedule and already loving it. Using a 20# bell at age 59 is sufficient to get improved core and shoulder tone while working my chicken legs.

I’ve just started my channel and that is one of my most important core principles in it. I film everything on my last round/circuit to show my fatigue to show my “worst” I keep in any failure. This is soooo important to show a world who thinks all this media is “perfect” all the time.

Я тоже люблю упражнения с гирями. Проблема в том что у них большой шаг между весами (мало номинальных весов) : 8, 16, 24, 32 кг. Лучше бы чтобы номиналов было больше для плавного наращивания нагрузки.

How do you feel like kettlebells have helped you, especially with longevity? I've heard naysayers complain about kettlebells saying they're bad for longevity especially the ballistic component, but people like yourself appear to show that isn't the case.
