there is no worst psychube (thunderous applause in this case apparently). it just depends on who you are using. while some characters do enjoy a lot of attack, you can't deny that the free crit rate and crit damage stats on thunderous is not good value for consistent damage output
The problem is unlike other gacha games if you've looked at the stat pool you'll see there are two stats called crit resist and crit defense so unless you're putting Voyager or some other future character who can reduce those stats for you, even 100% crit rate is not guaranteed to crit, found this out the hard way when Eagle at Portray 3 had 100% crit rate on her ult but still missed all three crits on some basic enemies in ORD - 7

I disagree on the generic hate for crit. Lots of characters with high resonance can get very high crit. For example, centurion with level 10 resonance has 49.5% crit rate and 28% crit damage. The issue with crit is actually how low the crit damage bonus is compared to lots of other games, and this psychube especially with high investment can fix this for ST. So again, even without tooth fairy a level 10 resonance centurion with a maxed psychube hits 82.7 crit chance with 83.9 crit damage increase and 115.9 on her single target. This is still massive.
Important note on dmg vs might, assuming no translation errors, dmg stacks linearly with +dmg buffs and damage received, while might is its own multiplier separate from almost all buffs. So when you're throwing out say 30% dmg buffs from pickle, ~5% dmg from resonance, and 8% from insight, you're looking at 12% might competing with 18% damage. Obviously it depends on your team, but might enjoys higher (albeit narrower) base numbers and no linear falloff.

Only 2 character 6 stars can use this and the rest is like Eagle with 4 stars and some 3-4 lower which isnt a good investment. You only want this on the 2 6 stars which make it inferior compare to others/. The attack 330 is totally fine as you get damage more from crit. But the psychube itself is not good because crit damage is not realiable proc as other source let say pure Atk%, your basic attack % increase etc.

This way he has sustainability without her ult aswell, which makes it pretty good. + the high Base ATK + Bonus DMG makes it very very good with her and is flexible for other dps chars aswell.

Blasphemy psychube. What does it mean by "Having 2 neg status" .By 2 do they mean that target has to have 2 neg example: Poison an Petrify. Or it mean the DURATION of neg stat is 2 ? For example Sobethy as you mention is 2 poison. I am confused

Unforuntately, thunderous is NOT good on regulus. She loses out on way too much (incantation/ult mights/atk from other psychubes) to gain a little boost on the multiplier that's already high (crit damage) which is not a worth psychube, thunderous is strictly lilya only.

Damage dealers in general fall off the meta way faster than supporters + the healer one can be used on multiple healer characters while the crit one is pretty much tied to its niche with like lilya being the only one that it could theoretically be worth it on and she is coincidentally also a damage dealer

On Blasphemer of the Night, when it says "2 or more [Neg Status]", does that mean 2 different neg status effects, or does that simply mean 2 stacks of neg status? For example, if Sotheby were to use her debuff twice on the same target, so that it has two stacks of the poison, would the effect on Blasphemer of the Night then be active?
I'm sorry but it's actually one of the worst psychube for her, the psychube is designed with ONLY lilya in mind and is kinda bad for everyone else. Hope you find a lilya to use it with uwu.
For Blasphemer of Night, if the enemy has one negative status, and I use Centurion Ult which applies Weakness (hence having two afterwards), does the Centurion Ult get a buff?

You should stop rerolling with that acocunt, You can run Eagle Voyager Sotheby for one team and Eternity solo for the other team and this will carry you VERY far.

might as well go for blasphemer sotheby can easily affect enemy with multiple poisons for about 3 rounds, hence enabling blasphemers effect to trigger everytime your any dps (even better if you plan to get changeling) deal damages

Eternity can solo ANYTHING with fully build (with exception of few very strong singer target boss who she can't sustain off) Since you could use more DPS, i would say give Malenia a TRY. but if you lose 50/50 and the pull you have left in your hand look sketchy than skip. 1.2 units TAKE PRIORITY.

I would avoid getting psychube that get lock into 1 team as your first psychube (limbo need 2 team) so one of the more generalized (His Bound duty, Brave new world, Hopscotch) is better.
Sotheby can also use Her Second Life pretty well, right? (If she's not/not yet I3) She can instant heal the whole team whenever she gets ult(which is a mass atk), gets more ATK which also boosts her poison and heal as well
Kind of? Attack bonus is not that great (unless you spam poison, then it adds I guess) and if you do simple math it barely raises healing rate (and healing does not stack unlike poison). Also, mass heal from ult is probably not as useful as heal to an ally from every debuff that you get from That Inquisitive Dear. And if you also use another healer that has single target ult, then they can't utilize bonus from Her Second Life at all. Maybe you might put it on a support with mass ult instead?

Honestly speaking, at base level, the best universual one is his bound duty due to over all high stats and 12% damage boost without any requirement for activation. Hopscotch/ Brave New World based on unit and content.

Do you know which psychube is best for Changeling? I plan to run her poison team and crit Regulus team as my main damage carries so trying to figure out which one works the best for both.
Depends how long you think you'll be using Lilya. If you are planning to use her for a long time then Thunderous Applause is worth the investment. Lilya I3 doubles that CR provided so you get 32% CR instead of 16%. Otherwise if you are planning to move on to a new DPS in the near future, BNW is safer.
That is correct, THunderous is BiS for her. but terrible for everyone else. If you planning to run your 2nd team with the new psychube from event, you are fine to get thunderous.

A Knight cycle through his ult REAL fast so Brave New World is nice on him. And if you are using Solo Eternity Brave New World is also nice on her. But since you have no heal you might need a lil sustain, i do suggest try to get your hand on sotheby anyhow to prep for poison team but you need to budget for that.

I pick His Bounded Duty for my Eternity. I like healing in general so this Psychube really speaks for me.

It is fine to use His Bounded Duty. It's a VERY GOOD PSYCHUBE because of the high damage, and general damage increase without activation requriement.

Damage dealers in general fall off the meta way faster than supporters + the healer one can be used on multiple healer characters while the crit one is pretty much tied to its niche with like lilya being the only one that it could theoretically be worth it on and she is coincidentally also a damage dealer

Yes BiS for eternity is hopscotch and is also good for centurion due to the fact that both characters like extended fights

Thunderous is ONLY good for Lilya, and is the worst for every other unit. this does not change with tooth fairy.

On Blasphemer of the Night, when it says "2 or more [Neg Status]", does that mean 2 different neg status effects, or does that simply mean 2 stacks of neg status?
For example, if Sotheby were to use her debuff twice on the same target, so that it has two stacks of the poison, would the effect on Blasphemer of the Night then be active?
2 stacks. And yes 2 separate poison stack works which is why it's BiS for changeling.

For Blasphemer of Night, if the enemy has one negative status, and I use Centurion Ult which applies Weakness (hence having two afterwards), does the Centurion Ult get a buff?
Unfortunately i've not tested this myself so i cannot answer this. I'm also note sure if weakness IS considered neg status.
Weakness is a [stats down] (probably don't quote me)
and [neg status] is probably things like poison, corrode etc.
So i get Crit for my Regulus who care base attack its still a 6 star and she needs it

You should stop rerolling with that acocunt, You can run Eagle Voyager Sotheby for one team and Eternity solo for the other team and this will carry you VERY far.

sotheby can easily affect enemy with multiple poisons for about 3 rounds, hence enabling blasphemers effect to trigger everytime your any dps (even better if you plan to get changeling) deal damages

Since you could use more DPS, i would say give Malenia a TRY. but if you lose 50/50 and the pull you have left in your hand look sketchy than skip. 1.2 units TAKE PRIORITY.

I would avoid getting psychube that get lock into 1 team as your first psychube (limbo need 2 team) so one of the more generalized (His Bound duty, Brave new world, Hopscotch) is better.

She can instant heal the whole team whenever she gets ult(which is a mass atk), gets more ATK which also boosts her poison and heal as well
Kind of? Attack bonus is not that great (unless you spam poison, then it adds I guess) and if you do simple math it barely raises healing rate (and healing does not stack unlike poison). Also, mass heal from ult is probably not as useful as heal to an ally from every debuff that you get from That Inquisitive Dear. And if you also use another healer that has single target ult, then they can't utilize bonus from Her Second Life at all. Maybe you might put it on a support with mass ult instead?

Sotheby is mass ultimate and normally used as a dps especially if you max her portrays so the additional atk matters

Honestly speaking, at base level, the best universual one is his bound duty due to over all high stats and 12% damage boost without any requirement for activation. Hopscotch/ Brave New World based on unit and content.

Depends how long you think you'll be using Lilya. If you are planning to use her for a long time then Thunderous Applause is worth the investment. Lilya I3 doubles that CR provided so you get 32% CR instead of 16%. Otherwise if you are planning to move on to a new DPS in the near future, BNW is safer.

That is correct, THunderous is BiS for her. but terrible for everyone else. If you planning to run your 2nd team with the new psychube from event, you are fine to get thunderous.

A Knight cycle through his ult REAL fast so Brave New World is nice on him. And if you are using Solo Eternity Brave New World is also nice on her. But since you have no heal you might need a lil sustain, i do suggest try to get your hand on sotheby anyhow to prep for poison team but you need to budget for that.
