And maybe in numbers the left nay be a few % higher in the population but where it counts State by State the Left is in the minority. Yeah, I think the appointments need to be time-limited. They serve one appointed "term" of fixed length, and once that expires, or once they give up their seat on the Supreme Court for any reason (voluntarily or otherwise), they cannot be re-appointed. As I see it, the fixed term length should be no more than twenty years, and no less than eight. I am also against the use of multiple terms for this post as that would make the appointment _explicitly_ political, and I do not want that to happen.
Give Biden the presidency and both houses of congress and I think we will see court reform. 💙
