After watching this video along beside several others , I find your method for embroidery the most desirable. I am going to stop my comment here and go try this on my Ricoma MT-1502. I will return to finish the comment when I done the actual work. Ok After about 30 minutes I hooped setup and ran the file on my first attempt on a Beanie. Jess gave excellent instructions The Logo is "Fearlessly Authentic" (8808 stitches) . I was really pleased with the results. I was hoping to post a picture but that isn't allowed here. I positioned the hoop so the design was close to the top as Jess showed us. I first tried to run the beanie on the left head of the machine, but the black thread I was using kept breaking so I simply moved the hoop to the right head and started again. It worked perfectly, however in my excitement to see the first beanie, I failed to reposition the hoop on the right side as I had done on the left, DUH......The design came out perfect but was 1 1/2 inches from the top edge instead of 1/2 Inch which would have made it perfect and ready to ship. This method to embroidery on a beanie is fast and very easy. I give Jess three thumbs up.
Im impressed at how well you can embroider the chunky knit hat. Never would have guessed that. Although we did receive a funny gift last year that was a toilet paper roll that had been embroidered with a stormtrooper helmet and said storm pooper lol
Love love! Your Videos I just got the Recoma machine I had it for about two months already. I haven’t been able to open it....life has been so crazy. Thank you so much for all your videos your a great teacher!
Could you make a video(s) for pet bibs, coats, jackets? My sister has a young St. Bernard dog that is starting to drool, enough said. I just got a Brother SE1900 embroidery sewing machine that is absolutely the best Fun. I thought you might enjoy this challenge because you are so creative and always seem to have fun on your show! Thanks, for your videos and going the extra step time-stamping topics! Mary Ellen
I'm a newbieand I found your page and I love it! I just have a quick question so sorry if this question has been asked before. When your machine does the knock down stich is that something that is done when your design is digitized or do you have to do that yourself on your machine. Thanks in advance to anyone who has an answer for me.
Jess I need youuuu! I love the apricate wallet from lavender and twine co. You should totally make it 😉 (if possible lol) there’s none on UA-cam that I can I find. Anywho have a great day, your stuff always comes out great!
Should be no problem. Sometimes turning the beanie inside out and pinning back to have right side facing up in the embroidery area helps. Use a wash a way stabiliser over the stitching area and good tear a way underneath.
Just started looking at machines. I have a small business making things using sublimation and vinyl but I would love to add embroidery caps and other embroidery items. Any regrets on this machine? Where did you go through to purchase? Looking to finance it 🤔
So I am borrowing this machine from Ricoma as an influencer, but I am planning on purchasing this one as well as a 16 needle from Ricoma. I ADORE it. They do offer a great financing plan. I’m planning on doing a video going over what I’ve sold using this machine, and compare the income to the financing payment.
Here are your Time Stamps!

I guess Im kinda off topic but does anybody know of a good place to stream new series online?
@Kellen Antonio Flixportal :D
@Ahmed Kenneth thank you, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) I really appreciate it!
@Kellen Antonio No problem :D
I don’t have an embroidery machine and really no desire to but enjoy listening to your videos while crafting.

So cute. Makes me want a embroidery machine even more.
Hi I am Nazmul a specialist in Color Separation and screen printing, and embroidery digitizer.
I was looking for the beanies that you sell online but couldn't find them.
I think this will be one of the gifts I will make for the teens on my Christmas list. Being Canadian I am sure they will go over well!
Awww these would be a great teen gift!

Can you do this on a single needle embroidery machine?
DENA HERE. I WANT THE GRAY AND BLACK ONE. HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
I'm thinking about starting a business what all do you sell in your shop 🤔
OMG!!! That was so cool. I wish that machine was in my budget. It’s Ah-mazing😎
What is the point of the aqua top?
Hi Jess! What brand lithium grease do u use for machine maintenance

Hi! where did you purchase the ruler and what size? Thank you
Might be a slightly silly question but on the beanie site, are those prices per beanie or per case? I'm guessing per beanie?
Yes! Per beanie. The case thing confused me too
@@OklaRoots perfect! I wanted a few and as good of a deal as it would have been, I don't need hundred of beanies haha thanks, Jess! ❤

I have a Bernina 570 with an embroidery attachment. Can this be also done on this?
Should be no problem. Sometimes turning the beanie inside out and pinning back to have right side facing up in the embroidery area helps. Use a wash a way stabiliser over the stitching area and good tear a way underneath.
Plan on doing a single needle tutorial?
Is this possible on a sewing embroidery machine combo unit? Thanks

So I have to digitize everyday design or can I just use one I bought offline?(jujudesign)
Digitizing for beanies is different so unless juju made it for a bean then no.
Adorable
Is Ricoma dealer in Miami?
Love it !!! Is the digitizing expensive in general ?
Nice video, except that you did not show the rear stabilizer side after the embroidery finished..
Super Cute!! Now I just need $$$ to get me embroidery machine 😩 🤷♀️☺
It's 10x easier if you use the freestyle station and the T ruler. I know this video is old. But the t rule is your stationary spot.
Thank you a lot for this video 😋 really really good one!
Can you make a Bernie on your brother pe800?

Very happy 😍💋 💝💖♥️❤️
