One thing you cannot forget my friend. You do what you do, the way you do, because its meaningful and has a purpose. And that purpose is being done magnificently. Keep the way you do your videos, just like you want them. We’ll always be here to watch it and appreciate.
Hey saw that you think that your work is underappreciated just wanted to tell you that your vids are so fun and your tactics (for me) are always working really good
I really appreciate that! It is only a small handful who don't find my content helpful or they're expecting something else. Sometimes, that small handful can make a lot of noise haha but seeing some of the messages I've received, it's let me know I'm doing the right thing
I think the tactics are *almost" irrelevant (in a good way!) because I prefer to listen to your tactical analysis and breakdown of modern tactics. So I 💯 appreciate your work
This was partly the aim with my videos. At first, it was all about getting that gamebreaking tactic, as a new content creator you chase views. But after a while, it weren't helping anyone. Even if you did download the tactic, if it didn't work there was no other variation to try out etc. So I felt the best solution was to do both - give the tactic download but also explain in-depth in the video. Maybe that's where some confusion is, too. People clicking thinking they're going to get that one game breaking tactic. And in all honesty, I don't hate those sort of tactics. I've used and enjoyed FM using them before but also understand some people don't have the time to create their own. They only get a couple hours a evening playing FM so they just want to win - I try my best to cater for both.
Your the only creator who proper analyses a tactic and recreates it perfectly. Great stuff bro and please recreate soon to be brighton boss fabian hurzeler tactic
I'm playing a Gegenpressing 442 with Defensive Wingers and a Pressing Forward (with a poacher as the PF's strike partner) with Newcastle and it won me the PL last season with 37 wins and 1 draw lol. it's my first 442 attempt and I am surprised it is doing well, I am not a master at tactics or anything.
Niceee! Admittedly, I haven't yet used Defensive Wingers but this comment is making me think about them - possibly a video based on the role. A Poacher is magnificent on FM24. It was a role I used to avoid in previous editions but really great this year
@@RDFTactics Thanks RDF!, not every day a dude gets to hear from FM's top tactics man, and thank you for the compliment my friend! I use two different DW's in my tactic, the left one is on Support and acts more like a traditional winger, while the right one is on defend and I have him sit narrower, to make space for the Complete Wingback-Attack on the right and also to take up the space that the CM-Attack vacates to join the front 2. My LB is doing what I call the Dan Burn role, as it was Dan Burn there last season (Inverted Fullback but on the left rather than the Kyle Walker role which is the same but on the right) who just makes sure we always have 3 at the back, with a low-eccentricity SK-A just to make sure that any balls that bypass the defense get swept up.
@@RDFTactics I love the DW if I got 2 really good Fullbacks. For example if I had Scotland I'd use Tierney as a DW and Robertson as a CWB on Attack so he can either over- or underlap to cause maximum confusion and unpredictability.
how do you set up your training, which of the tactics is primary trained, and what roles do you train your players in, given they will play different roles depending which version of the tactic you use, and how does this all work with gaining tactical familiarity?
i love the video man, it helps me to win so much games thank you man. also can you do breakdown on hansi flick's tactic in 2020 where bayern destroyed everyone?
Yeah some of the pressing in Bundesliga is...well...interesting 🤣 I watched a game and somehow, one team pressed so much (and midlessly), it left one Centre Back against 3 attackers. From open play. How?! 😂
thanks for bringing this tactic! If I'm using the 4-4-2 (the one at 12:00) but my LB is way better on attacking and everything else than my RB, should I just put the attack duty on my LB and a support duty on RB? would that work or does that mean I have to swap the midfielders and forwards as well?
This reminds me a lot of the 4-4-2 dual false nine system that Pep played in the 2020-21 season when Aguero was out...really good stuff. Would love to see more tactics from the less heralded managers; the Thiago Motta, Hoeness, and Will Stills of the world, given everyone else has their Pep and Mourinho and Klopp tactics out
This man should be the next Liverpool manager. He’s done well in his career so far and plays a similar style to Klopp that would transition to the Premier League and to that Liverpool team with ease. Only not talked about as he isn’t a household name and unfortunately that’s what you need to be nowadays in football.
I’ve been running a 424 high press with colchester and I’ve been trying to learn a good 442 mid block. Gotta incorporate some elements into my save ! Thanks RDF
Can you make maybe Galatasaray tactics? From Coach okan buruk he plays 4-2-3-1 gegenpress when he is attacking the team formation is 3-1-4-2 and 3-2-3-2
