Woud love a part 2? Haven't checked your other videos yet but I will right now, what magic and staff walking animation mods are you using they look sick!
There's always been a disconnect for me between the Dragonborn and the dragons themselves. Awesome that mods are able to bring it closer to what is should have been.
They are big ass lizards with wings that breathe magic, me and most others don’t give a single care in the world about a pair of arms being used to differentiate two species of fantasy creatures. Honestly neither should you because it’s simply not worth the effort of being the “ummm actually” guy for creatures that have no relevance in reality and are fictional beasts interpreted in different forms by the creators of different fantasy franchises. I swear to Akatosh every time a wyvern versus dragon comment appears in front of my eyes I lose a little bit more faith in people. I don’t even care if you were joking or not, comment is still stupid and childish.
@@sn0wyc0sm0 Agreed. The developers decided it's dragons so they are dragons, end of the story. If people have an issue they can try reasoning with Bethesda themselves but I doubt they'd get very far.
That Intuitive Dragon Riding mod (which I'll call IDR for short) is quite literally what dragon riding should've been in the vanilla game, and I mean that in the most serious way possible. The fact that a mod artist with (most likely) limited resources was able to make a smoother & more interactive dragon riding mechanic than Bethesda (a AAA video game developer) did says a lot. Bethesda should just legit hire that mod artist, or at the very least pay the person in hard cash to buy that mod off of them to put into the game (which is something I think they should do with these types of mods, but that's just my opinion.)
yeah forreal. the amount of mods that are just fixing shit (shining example is the unofficial skyrim patch mod) that shouldn't still be in this 12 year old game is absurd. really funny, but really ridiculous
It's funny to me how people act like we didn't get full dragon riding because Bethesda couldn't do it, rather than because it would break the game to just let you land anywhere you want. Like how people can just float up to the final boss in Morrowind.

Sad that the dragon flight mod doesn't work well. The game very aggressively takes default control of the dragon whenever you get on it. The author promised to update it in the near future.
I have found that Intuitive Dragon Riding is extremely buggy. I've been looking for an animation mod thats holding a staff just like you are at the start of the video for years!
Great video, upvotes for days! Which dragon mod are you using for the unique skin you display in this video? While I don't use Skyrim Nexus anymore, I do like to peruse and sometimes subscribe to those supported in the Bethesda mod list in-game. It's great to see so much content still being made around this game.
That would be Got Dragons you can find it here:

@@DoctorNostalgiaMods Thank you!
These are all insane mods!! I will DEFINITELY be checking them all out! Also your Skyrim is so pretty with animations and graphics! What do you use to get those animations? (Sorry if you receive this question a lot)
Also subbed! Love your voice and editing! You deserve more than 14.8k subs!
awesome selection. downloaded all except dynamic wait. thanks for the info! subbed
Mod Gamer goes to town.
"Hey everyone look at me, I'm a dragon! Look how much of a dragon I am!"
Town attacks dragon.
Player: "Hey stop that!"
YES! ive been looking so long for a dragon riding mod!!! Thats amazing
W Video. Underrated mods are always gems.
Thank you for this video. I've recently discovered your channel and some great mods along the way. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching! appreciate you taking the time to comment :)
Not to mention killing an enemy with Blood magic in phenderix counts as a feed for vampires😁
I haven’t even beat Skyrim yet, but want to restart my game to try these mods
Awesome list. Thank you!
I would like a mod that after you collect many thum you learn dragon lenguage and you can actually understand Alduin and Parthunaax when they talk dragon lenguage
I'm honestly laughing as you say Voidgate has a cost and can't be abused.
Being able to leave instantly, sleep at an inn, and return to the dungeon. Being able to buy more potions after each individual encounter. This is the most abuse-able teleport possible because you return to the last point it was cast.
Absolute glee filled me when the first mod was showcased.
This video just gave me an idea for a orsted build from mushoku tensei
Great Video! Thanks for all the hard work.
Thanks! glad you enjoyed :)
Man, just found your channel and i really love your high quality content.
I‘m also very curious about your animation mod and that sick necro robe your character is wearing. Would you mind sharing what mods those are?
Subbed :)
Glad you're liking the videos. The robe is the Skyblivion - Master Necromancer Robes & the animation mod I think you're referring to is Goetia Animations
@@DoctorNostalgiaMods Thank you for the reply!
Ah, Thank you! I think i will get them too for my next playthrough
I wish Bethesda would start hiring all these modders to work on TES VI
Uhm, that's what they do. They are well known for offering jobs to the most talented mod authors.
@@Tattletale-Delta oh, I've watched a podcast with Todd which he does mentioned that they hired a modder, but I didn't know it was a common thing.
That's actually good to hear, thanks.
oh wow... bad thing i just started a new playthough a couple weeks ago... but i really have to take this in consideration for future playthroughs...
