Because liberals (who control all channels of power- academia, government, finance, media etc) hate you openly for being white or male.
anti-discrimination & discrimination mean EXACTLY the same thing. All interactions are discriminate driven (how different, why the same).
Governments create bad policy (on execution), usually via 'simplefiring' an idea to nonsense. Lots of groups in society exist to exploit and reinforce such nonsense.
The same reason we have proverbs that people only remember half the words of. People are stupid and strive only to be *more* stupid.

Been going on a long time now it's just open.
So I have fallen in love with Prime's content in the last six months. He is incredibly sharp and shares very good insights about development.
I really like how he handles politics as a prominent internet personality. He has his opinions, he will make the occasional jokes from his political viewpoints, every now and then you will hear him talk about it, but for the most part its not the center piece of his content.
I come to Prime because he shares his experience in the field and teaches the rest of us plus he is really funny and down to earth. The personal views are a nice seasoning that doesn't overpower the main dish. I like it when people on the internet are their real selves, not hiding their views, but also not playing it up to win some demographic.
Now Lunkduke I love for a different reason. He shares his personal political views unapologetically and in this time where everyone is afraid to slightly spicier than an ice-cream sandwich, his bull a China shop approach is a nice breather of fresh air.

Male discrimination is more widespread and normalized but for some reason people on the right never care about that.
We do. But its even more politically perilous to tackle directly. Look at the blowback for overturning Roe - which has only resulted in an INCREASE in the number of abortions as highly populous states now allow it up until birth (the statistics are out there).

Because its not true. If you are bkack male, they will have no problem hiring you, and so being White is the stronger determining factor.
Look at the reaction for anyone in MGTOW or says anything positive about passport bros and you'll see how spicy that subject is.

here in the UK its very common to openly brag in job descriptions about how youre pushing to hire every arbitrary group other than white men. so every job search is this process of first scrolling through and checking if theres a diversity spiel and discarding that job before reading anything else to avoid wasting extra time. even if you could get the job, you wouldn't want to work at a racist or sexist company. society is regressing

In a primarily white country and in a part of said country where many companies are engaging in DEI initiatives... it invariably leads to incompetence. The reason is so simple a kindergartener could understand: there are only so many adequately competent/qualified individuals outside of the majority "white race" for a given task. Therfore if you specifically hire outside of the majority "whites" group too much in an area you run out of supply and need to hire inferior, incompetent candidates. No wonder DEI does not improve the companies or their revenue. In fact it has been observed to do the exact opposite!
In FGR already, now FRG 2.0 = GDR 4.0 it is more worse than that, and that racist behaviour you describe is standard discrimination. No joke, just fact.
