Problem is I get the error when adding a payment method - any, cc, dc, paypal. So I can't remove a payment method to re-add it. Tried adding it when purchasing a game, same issue. Battlenet's support replies with the same cookie they have on their webpage, so much for human assistant. It's not the cache, or browser, or the balance - I've now tried from two PCs, and have two absolutely useless accounts.
