- For our annual Christmas episode of "Box Breaks With Bruce", the "Irbe Bobblehead of Judgement" gave us a great gift to open, an all-goalie product called "In The Crease".
Each box features four game used memorabilia cards, each of which are limited to 10 copies or less. The memorabilia ranges from jerseys, to emblems, to numbers, to sticks, to stick-tape, to tags, and more! With a checklist that features legends, stars, semi-stars, and even less familiar tendies, this is sure to be a fun time.

Peter Ing! I had a Leafs team magazine back in the day that had the title of "The Ing Dynasty"
A fantastic choice. Ing is also one of only four ever (so far) NHL goalies with Asian ancestry. Our museum also has his final NHL game worn jersey that he utilized with Detroit in 1993-94.
Alexander Pechursky is the most obscure goalie I can remember. His NHL career lasted 30 mins. He was a draft pick of the Penguins and signed an emergency amateur tryout when the Pens top 2 goalies were injured on a west coast trip. He had to come in to relieve John Curry about halfway through the game in Vancouver and stopped 12 of 13 shots. He got 3rd star of the game and even came out to salute the crowd as a visiting player.
Excellent choice! Pechursky was in North America for a relatively short time, but his 36 minutes at the elite level is 36 minutes more than countless others with the NHL dream have achieved!
@@heroesofthecrease I believe his jersey also had his name misspelled for the game.
@@jsl1010 They used one of the spelling variations of his name for his jersey nameplate as he is listed as Pechurskiy on the official NHL site, but also as Pechursky, and Pechurski in other sources.
love the product David Ayres is my pick not only is he the practice goalie and zamboni driver for the maple leafs but he made a appearance for the Hurricanes Injuries to James Reimer and Petr Mrazek forced Ayres into the net with almost nine minutes left in the second period and he beat the leafs also
Great selection. Ayres went from a relative unknown to a celebrity overnight and I hear that Disney was planning to make a movie about his story, which if true would be pretty neat.
