This game reminds me of the Stunt GP for PC I used to play in the early 2000s.
I was quite excited for this but it does seem over priced to me and is lacking in variety in the tracks and locations. Cars look amazing as I would have expected but the gameplay at the minute seems limiting. Hopefully there will be a lot added to it over time

I'm having a dilemma on buying this game on PC or nintendo switch... Are there any difference between the 2 in terms of content we get? And the graphics, does it differ like alot? If it's not that obvious its ok. One thing about nintendo switch is that i can easily play split screens with my friends when they come over cause i dont really have friends playing it online anyways
That’s the choice isn’t it, better graphics and frame rate (pc) Vs portability and easy local multiplayer. Comes down to what you want to have the most. It’s still a very very good switch racing game with acceptable (actually good) performance. Just perform is better on other platforms. It’s on gamepass now too, if you have that, least you will be able to try on pc
@@SwitchedOn cause like some games, fifa for example, there are features missing in comparison to console and pc version. Graphic wise, based on your video, im actually ok with the switch version. but yeah, only the features part. If I'm still able to enjoy the same thing with pc version, im going with switch due to the fact I can freely play splitscreen multiplayer anywhere too
Is the handling model really so bad that you can't drive at least one clean lap without wall sliding around every corner?? Because I would like to eventually buy this game... but not if it controls as bad as I'm seeing in various gameplay videos, including yours.

Looks fun this. Had held out after you mentioned it on discord but might have to have a look into it.
This game is great, just got my physical copy today and have been playing for about 3 hours already! I find it pretty hard (I'm not a hardcore racing game player) but fun.
Only thing about it that bothers me is how the game keeps bugging you about turning off airplane mode if you're offline.
It does work offline, but the game is obviously not expecting to be without an internet connection, which is baffling and just plain annoying on a handheld console.
Yea hopefully they patch that out!
DOOM Eternal is the same way and it's super annoying when you don't actually have an internet connection.
DOOM Eternal does has a totally free and totally awesome sort of battle pass that sort of necessitates the online tracking but it's still annoying that it can't just chill out and let us play offline

Why is no one mentioning the fact if you are not online switch constantly asks you to connect. Even if you just wanna play campaign it asks after every race

At first glance I was quite hyped until you mentioned 30fps. Oof. for a racing game it's a bummer.
Which is a perfect example of why framerate is entirely overrated.
Tons of other people are having an absolute blast with this game, and many other 30 fps racing games like the entire forza horizon series until fh4. Not to mention Mario Kart 64, the best Kart racer ever, pgr 4, test drive unlimited, motorstorm, and driveclub which are all amazing racing games
Just because 60 fps is better doesn't mean you should avoid 30.
@@HugoStiglitz88 The games you just mentioned did not appeal to me because of the frame rate. Again. to me racing games should play smooth as butter.

Given the loot boxes and the in game currency I'm surprised that this game wasn't free to play. The lack of background detail on the cars as well seems disappointing. I'd love to see mini car bio's so I could build a collection of cars from my childhood. Also no display box mode? Maybe over time they might add more but it's not for me at present.

If you're going to buy just 2 what whould you buy? (I only play local couch play so I don't mind Crusin Blast having no online play)
