My question is not about the letter of intent to marry, but about the time elapsed since the couple has met in person. Our petition was approved and our interview is scheduled for September. It has been 15 months since my fiancé and I have met in person. I’m aware of the 2 year requirement before applying, but is 15 months a problem after the petition? Could this be an issue at the interview?
It shouldn’t be a problem. As long as your relationship is genuine and you met within the last two years. Then it should be good and fine.
@@backwithbryan That is great thank you so much!
