I hope this helps with anyone who tries to go through this process. We really didn't know a lot about this. We did watch some vlogs which gave us some ideas, but hiring Tim is what helped us the most. This vlog is just the application. Once this gets approved (which could take 4-8 months), Flor will need to set up an interview. The whole process could take 6-18 months. We are praying that all goes well and she is approved by spring or early summer 🤞🤞🤞🤞. Hopefully Flor will be able to come back with me to America in August. Oh, we do have a date set for our wedding, October 14, 2023. 😍😍

If someone files a petition right away after just meeting in person for the first time - Might it cause a red flag? Should the petitioneer file the petition after the 2nd visit to streghten his/her case. A person may have personal challenges with work, finances & family obligation. Thank you for watching! We applied for a k1 visa after our 3rd meeting. I did a lot of research before applying the k1 visa. It's not an easy process, mostly if you don't have an idea how to apply.
there is a new update from uscis. they do not want post it notes, staples, tabs, paper clips or loose pictures etc. they want it to be clean and just photocopies of pictures. they want to be able to take the papers and run it through a scanning machine all at once. so keep it simple and clean. you can separate the sections by a plain piece of paper.
@@melyaxo I scanned the front, I opened it up and scanned each one, make sure you include every single piece of your passport, even the blank, pages and the back

He didn’t include the application fee payment 4. There is no supplement to form I-129F part 54 5. There is no wedding confirmations documents I could do better than this but I will definitely charge more.

As far as weeding plans" (dates) we did not include it because if the k1 visa is not approved by your wedding date, then you would have to change all wedding plans because you would not have the correct date anymore. (Btw, we do have a date scheduled, it's oct 14, 2023. But all videos we have seen are saying the avarage time of apptoval is now 15 1/2 months. If that holds true, we will need to change our plans. And as of now, we have not heard anything on our application other than it was received on oct 21, 2022.) As for our pass port photots, we did include 2 of each of us. As for the letter of intent, the guy we hired, Tim, pretty guided us along. He read over it and from his 20 years of helping couples file, he said it was good. As for the cost, i can't remember if Dennis mentioned it or not? But if i remember correctly it was $535.00. What im not sure you are talking about is the supplement to form I-129F part 54? As mentioned in the video, Tim only charged us $500. We thought that was pretty good and we were recommended to go to him. He claims he has a 100% 1st time approval for the application. The process is, getting wedding agreement from wedding officiant and also getting a letter from the wedding officiant with a statement of support, and also the petitioners statement of intent to marry will clarify that the wedding date is subject to changes. That gives you an edge to change the wedding date Incase the K1 Visa isn’t approved on time. Intent to marry letter are suppose to be concise. But yours is okay still The filling fee receipt is to be attached with your I-129F packet as do other documents. The 500 dollar fee is pretty decent, but if I do a better job then I should charge more right? Part 2, item number 54 requires a description of circumstances of in person meeting. Usually for most people, this follows a lengthy statement from both petitioner and beneficiary describing how they have met in person. This usually requires an extra letter which turns out to be supplement and will be attached to Form I-129F If he believes in everything he has submitted them you should be confident enough. Sorry for late response. Took 11 months before we got the result or our petition got approved. Next step, wait to have a case number and gather documents needed for interview. Once case number created pay visa and medical fee then schedule your medical and interview

Hello. So yes, we both just signed our letters of intent. I also saw in some videos, but the guy we were working with (Tim) didn't tell us to include, letters from other people saying our relationship is real. I feel as if that would help too. Letters from friends or family members.

Do you think its a problem if we dont have pictures with fam and friend from our meeting. We spent 16 days together, dont have engagemnent ring, but we really want to get married next year. I myself am in the process of this and only got like 3 pics with family after my second visit. I would think it's not a deal breaker but just being with the family shows your relationship is more in the intent of being together. For example my gfs dad is deceased and mom was 5 hours away from she was so your only visiting for a short time and not like you knew ahead of time you need this much proof before deciding to get married right.. ha.

Hello @drasan3993 @TheJohnnyef9, the person who helped us for our k1 packet asked for atleast 6 pictures together. I just include pictures with family to show more proof of relationship. Just prepare more photos for the actual interview just to proof the relationship. During my interview the consul never ask for pictures together.

Hello. So I am not fully sure? The guy we hired put all of this together in the packet. I actually sent him emails (word documents) of all of the papers. He put it in the order we showed it and in the binder. He told us, that is what he has always done. I hope this helps?

Hello. I only had the "post it" papers there for the video. Everything in the packet is on normal paper.

Only the petitioner (US citizen) needs to sign the I-129F; the foreign beneficiary does not need to sign, nor do all pages need to be signed.

do not send any original papers of any kind. just scan them and print them. the only thing you need original is your two passport sized photos,
