Every loss feels completely like I got fucked, and every win feels like a high roll. I wish this game had more middle feelings where my decisions feel like they actually matter. That said, the chainbreaker is my favourite so far.
I think it's harder to understand in a game with positioning like this, but I do have runs where I skate by for quite a while, barely clearing combats, and eventually it comes together to something remotely compelling. Those definitely feel like midrolls to me!
I've been hating this character and really eating dirt with them but this vid taught me a lot. I really like the use basic punch a billion times line and have been trying to make it work with frostbite but I kept dying. Smiting seems miles better.
One little tip for Plunder I have is that you can use consumables from the floor with Ctrl + Left Click (I think it was Ctrl). With the right setup you can have a veritable Smörgåsbord of fish and potions.
I'm starting to like inkbound more- could we get 2 videos a week?
I would watch 2 videos of inkbound a week
We'll have to see! The audience for it and number of views will really determine whether this is viable.

It's really consistent at high difficulties, yeah. This wasn't even that good of a run, really, relying on Plunder for in-combat scaling and all.

I learned about this hotkey after this run, but yeah, it helps a lot!
Bought this game so i could enjoy the videos more. 16 hours in the last 3 days and 8 wins later i gotta say... pretty fun.
I certainly enjoy it!
Commenting for the algorithm (is that a real thing?) Btw, just got my bf into your inkbound videos too!! We love them ^^
Awesome! it is also a thing, shockingly. Engagement of any kind increases the likelihood that YT shows the videos to others.
how do you toggle seeing end turn damage?
The game actually lists all the controls in the options menu under keybinds.
It’s an option in the settings called “show combat effects” or something to that effect.
Yeah, I have it defaulted to enabled in user preferences, but the hotkey flips it and for me I have it as the middle mouse button.
