War Thunder - Custom skin tutorial with normal maps (chrome)

Thanks a million, I'm Spanish and I've been looking for months for a video that I understand to make normal maps, and at least I know how to do it with chrome, you could upload a video to shine without being chrome, that would be great now.

My skins always have the normal camofluage under it and my custom looks semi transparent on top of it. Why is this?
