Thanks for joining! 60 degree rock is definitely excessive. From our testing, with the X-Plane visuals, the controllers couldn't really see a rock less than 18-20 degrees which could have been why your rock may not have been seen the first few times you tried it before stream.
Thanks for sharing this. I had hoped someone would post the FISK arrival for SimVenture 2020. Alas, I don't have a sim setup yet, otherwise I had hoped to fly it myself. May you and all others, be able to fly it in real life, for AirVenture 2021. :-)

Nice video, but a bit of constructive criticism (to help you with future videos). 1) Try to do a better job with volume mixture, your voice was really low and then BAM in comes Foreflight and about blew the headphones off my head! 2) Not sure if you are in VR or TrackIR (or other), but the constant head movement is no good. Had to stop watching during taxi as it very unsettling with all the movement. Disclaimer, I am just as guilty on the above in my own videos ;-) Also, you mention setting the frequency using the GCU, you can do that, simply hit the COM (or NAV or XPDR) button next to the main FMS knob on the GCU and then you can use either the FMS knob or the numeric keypad to enter the frequency (note only works on X-Plane 11.50).
The video is an export from a live Twitch VOD, which is why the volume settings needed adjustment (it was not edited or planned), and why the head movements were erratic.
Oh yes I agree, head movements make hard to watch th entire video and also ypu talking continuously unfortunately is kinda disturbing especually with the ATC rolling behind. Nice arrival and welcome to Oshkosh 😉

@@riscfuture I owned and operated an SR22 for over 3 years, I've learned a lot. The Throttle adjusts manifold pressure and RPM, you said that there's no way to adjust fuel flow which is wrong. You use the mixture lever to adjust what you are saying, which concerned me that you didn't think of that. Also, being this is a G3 I believe that the CAPS available altitude is 600 AGL due to the increase MGW. Previous gens would be 500 AGL.
@@thebryan426 I definitely did not say (or at least should not have said) that there's no way to adjust fuel flow. Are you sure you didn't misunderstand? I definitely understand that fuel flow is set by the mixture and throttle positions.
Bryan S When learning new aircraft types I use manufacturers training sources, CFIs and/or current and previous owners. No competent pilot would use a video reviewing a new sim add on, whether they were a previous operator or not. Your comment is not helpful. Perhaps make your own video? The creator spoke for over one hour and it is clear he has a lot of SR22 knowledge, even the greatest experts can misspeak. For reference, I believe the bit you ‘hate’ was here? 28:20

ManOfNantucket If you disconnect your rudder pedals, it will allow you to steer with the yoke. Otherwise, no.

Please tell me they provide an option to remove the stuffed cow from the glareshield....
Just click at the base of the cow and it disappears.
Love this thing, just disappointed in FPS, drops significantly.
