Great video and info!! I'm looking at totems at the moment. These aren't expensive and easy to set up. I think I prefer the white scrim as it matches the white metal base and good for weddings. The black scrim would look better with a coloured light in the middle. Would be good to see a black base on sale for options. Thanks!
Thanks for the video. When using them with your moving heads, how do you secure them on top? Is there a way to do this or will additional holes need to be drilled for that?
Additional holes will need to be drilled if you want to totally secure your moving heads with a bracket. The top plate is thin so it shouldn't be a problem. I haven't done it but i know people who have for the extra layer of protection. Thanks for watching DJ Saenz.
Hey buddy, nice review :) Looking at getting some of these myself but maybe not the XXL but its baby brother. Loving the LED panels! Any chance of doing a review on these and showing us all how you use em? Thanks DJ Gaz (United Kingdom)
I actually thought about getting those first but the reviews told a story of people having issues with the build quality. The price point is great but the build quality of the xxl is what won me over. Thanks.
NIce review! Looking at these, but are you still using them at your events? How have they held up? Also, what model Chauvet were you using, curious if they can hold the AJD Focus Spot Three (weighing 26 lbs) with no wobble?
No, I didn't. I don't know how they would handle a tv. I assume you would definitely need those sandbags on the bottom, in the back of the Totems. Thanks for watching.
I just bought the Rockville rtp32b. They look exactly the same but less expensive. They are good podiums.
Sir G. O. Yeah. They are the from the same manufacturer I believe. Thanks for watching O.G.
Nice 👍 the extra large ones was a smart move ! Love it 😊
Thanks. And thanks for watching.
Hey Books, what uplight was that? Thx
After a couple of years, what do you think?
Great video bro
Appreciate You. Thanks for watching.

Yes, a black base would be cool too. I usually use the white scrim. They have been holding up great. This was a great investment. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for watching. The little brother is nice too. I want a pair myself.
Yes I'm in the process of doing a review on those soon and a few more videos on the process to get prepared to buy them. Thanks again.
@@SimpleDJLife get the rockville totem.. they are the same exact as the baby brother of the XXL and costs less than $300 for two
I actually thought about getting those first but the reviews told a story of people having issues with the build quality. The price point is great but the build quality of the xxl is what won me over. Thanks.
@@SimpleDJLife they are exactly the same.. there is literally NO difference.. I am pretty sure it is made in the same factory in China

Sorry for the late response. They have held up like champs. And I'm think they would hold the focus spot 3s. Thanks for watching.
@@SimpleDJLife no worries. I appreciate your feedback and reviews. Thanks!
What type or brand of LED panel do you use ?
Eachin LED Panels. They are 3.9 pixel pitch. Thanks for watching.
have you tried mounting a tv
No, I didn't. I don't know how they would handle a tv. I assume you would definitely need those sandbags on the bottom, in the back of the Totems. Thanks for watching.
