I just got mine from Amazon. It’s really high quality and engineered amazingly, but this is the second one I have to return. The first one came with multiple dented parts. The second one was great until I unwrapped the glass and it was broken. I guess my only option is to return it and order it again and hope the third one isn’t messed up. If the third one is broken too then I’m giving up

Also Please, PLEASE, PLEEEEAASE update your website and add all your accessories, maybe add some deals for Christmas please. You guys would sell a lot more if you added more accessories like water tanks and etc. Advertise more too. This is an awesome product.
Buyers Beware, Received unit bent and smoking from Amazon. Was told I would receive new unit but never did as they currently have no more available do to purchases and having to replace units. Now I receive ed a message stating I can even leave a bad review because my review mentioned the unit may have been garbage from the factory or may have been damaged from Amazon shipping.

I dig it! Can't wait for see more improvements on the pellet set up. I dislike using the oven for wood set up but that's okay, I have other stoves.

Is there a way to shut off the pellet stove or you just have to wait until it burns out whatever fuel is left?
