I had the chance to meet him after NOFX played in Milwaukee. We talked about the show, and Tony Sly, and he hugged me. I heard all these folks say he's an asshole, but I'd say he's the most genuine "rock star" I've ever met. Just a down to earth dude who gives a shit about his fans.
It stills surprises me how people get defensive by how knowledgeable Nardwuar is. You can't do his interviews and go through the motions, he always finds a way to catch you off guard. Or fat mike is fully committed to the punk rock attitude the he can never give a shit about anything.
