- hmm - this is an amazing reprod - as a tip if u didn't know, I THINK the synth used for the piano in the official song comes from the JV-1080 series - the neptunes also used that sometimes - also for the piano in "Good Girl" by Vanessa Vasques
Hey thanks Sanjay, I will check that out. I had the trial version of the JV-1080 software but never went through with buying it. I used it for the Already Platinum remake and a remake I did of Work It Out. Didn’t know that!

Yeah but it’s on another machine now. Honestly it’s just a feel. I’ve studied and listened for so long it’s just natural almost. I will say that a big factor is what sequencer you use and how you quantize (it at all)

where did you get the bass sound from
I layer my sounds so I used a patch from purity, one from the M1, and a sub bass with 90hz and up filtered out
