This shoe is wide and roomy which is suitable for orthotics. I love this shoe especially because it's 4mm. Thanks for the good review.
Thanks for the review. Appreciate that someone reviews some of the more cross training type shoes from running companies. I bought two of these, black and white. Perfect option for me as I mostly lift weights but needed a shoe for light running and walking, and upper body days when I don’t need the stability of a dedicated lifting shoe. Love the lightness and PEBA foam offering. I’m also a midfoot striker and prefer the 4mm drop. I just hope Saucony keeps making iterations of this shoe!
If squatting, do you feel like there is a risk of rocking back due to the curve the bottom back of the shoe has? Or was it solid enough that is not a concern? Thank you.
Back do the shoe was fine. There is a bit of a rocker at the front.
@@RyansRunningReviewsYT thank you, that is very helpful!
@@RyansRunningReviewsYTyou haven't worn these shoes to work out in, have you? It's ok if you haven't, but I'd probably say that upfront or at least mention when answering some questions
Hey, Good day. Anyone can help me how do I know if a HOKA is legit or is fake. Because in south America there is a lot of good copies that could pass as good?
Hey can this be used for trailrunning sometime also?
Ryan you’re so gorgeous
I was wondering where the Freedom would end up. I like how they've moved it to its own category in the Saucony line up. Looks great and is the perfect shoe for me if I'm travelling and want to work out and/or run. It limits the extra shoes I would normally bring.
I've seen reviews just crapping on this shoe, I really wish people understand that this shoes is Saucony attemp to make a gym trainer, they have plenty of other shoes to run in, I like the direction they're going.
I think more companies should have a shoe like this. Lifting in your true running shoes ruins them and this is a potential solution
@Ryan's Running Reviews I think it's awesome to see them branch out of running, I want Asics to go this route too, more competition against Nike, Under Armor, and Reebok to force companies like them to make better training shoes. It's just a big step in the right direction.
@@hoodratcertified2137 asics has had a number of gym shoes for a while now
Please compare them to Inov8 F-lite 235
