What if you've maintained a dormant LLC formed in 2009 that administratively dissolved on 12/31/2015 , then was reinstated 5 yrs later ...paid the annual filing fees to the state, but LLC remains dormant......thus you desire to dissolve. Should I dissolve before the Jan 1 2024...or, should I just comply, then...update FinCen within 30 days from the date change? ~Much Appreciated
