Ladybower Loop with Leeds MTBers (4K).
This was a great MTB ride with 4 tough climbs and 4 thrilling fast descents. It is a route with a high effort to reward ratio especially on a real bike and possibly my new Ladybower favourite (though its a tough one to call with the Peaks being so fantastic for MTBing)

How did you manage to cycle up the bridleway at the beginning? I found it really difficult to cycle all the way. The view from the top is worth seeing. Thanks for any tips in advance.
Just grunt and determination - I've been riding 2x to 3x every week on road and off road for 10 years so I guess you build up a bit of strength and stamina in that time. Though I know at least half a dozen people who can easily whoop my ass on a climb so I don't delude myself my climbing abilities are anything special.
@@MTB_Martin Thank you for your reply. I do like cycling, but it's mostly flat near where I live. And I will definitely revisit those tracks again as it was great fun overall.
