Wowser is an animated series based on the Franco-Belgian comic Cubitus (also known as Dommel in some parts of Europe) by artist Dupa. In 1988 the comic was adapted for TV in Japan where it was called Don Don Domeru to Ron and soon afterwards was dubbed into English and shown in the USA and UK as Wowser.
Wowser is series that I fondly remember watching as a child, I believe it was shown on Channel 4 in the very early morning. This video is taken from Volume 2 of the UK VHS.
