However nurses and other medical staff are competent enough to ask if they have anything that runs in the family like I.e., kidney failure, and if they say yes then they would actually be advised if not outright denied the opportunity to donate a kidney. But, seeing as how the stitches are evident in the photo, it looks to me that they did donate their kidneys and it also suggests to me that it wasn't a hereditary issue and so much a... well, unfortunate circumstance for their father. So, in conclusion, that's a very good point. But if that were the case then we wouldn't be seeing this post at all to begin with.

We have a very long running (since 1945) comic book series here in the Benelux in which 2 kids are depicted growing up together in the same house with their aunt and have been shown ending up together in an issue dealing with the future of about 20 years later.
