Our New Year Tradition - Cooking Ribeye Roast

Every year my husband and I cook a delicious ribeye roast for the holidays. We season it generously with salt and course black pepper. He sears it on all sides in high heat. Finally, we cook it in the oven to a medium roast. Yum!
