    I am trying to do the same to help with hip pain in which my core, back and glutes need to be strengthened. Crocodile breathing is one of them. Thanks for sharing!

      Same diaphragm brace, but you won't be in neutral due to your arch. You still want to expand torso, but also allow ribs to elevate to exaggerate arch at the same time as depressing scapula in order to keep best position possible
