Hello Everyone! I hope that you enjoy this. I have recorded this warm-up in multiple formats. I hope that at least one will work for you! Stay well! ~Roger
Hi Roger thank you for sharing your talent. Can you please help me learn how can i sing from diaphragm. Because they can not hear my voice from the mike. ☺️😁
Thank you so very much for offering your expertise, I have problems sometimes with my voice early on mornings when I have to solo early in the day at church. I appreciate your style of teaching! Have a day be safe!
This is great! I find myself waking up with a healthier voice the more I do this (and other) exercises. The visual reminders of what to feel for when singing are great too, thank you!
I'm new to your channel and I've just started with proper voice training, music education and best practices when singing and your content is amazing!!! It helps a lot, thank you Dr. Hale
I always look forward to doing your vocal exercises with the usual practices I do very day, and looking forward to longer and more advanced warm-ups Thanks so much id be great if you did some more ear training videos as well please and thank you.
Dr. Hale - I look forward each day to your warm-ups. I vary them so it's always fresh. I am an older singer - 68 to be precise - so any advice/exercises you have for thinning vocal cords would be appreciated.
i think you make a good teacher, i am a soloist at my church and also a worship teacher these will help me so much to improve on my vocals. but i have a query please, how do one manage to tell in a song at what note the alto will sing, tenor, mezzo- soprano and soprano... how do you differentiate them using notes?
Do you have recordings of all of your exercises available for purchase? I would like to be able to easily access them when needed with or without the Internet . However, I would also like to have the option to watch you do them when possible as it is very helpful. Do you have any options for this that do not involve searching onUA-cam, but are in a more permanent., easily accessible platform?
Hi Sharon, yes you can purchase all warm ups (three different albums) for 19.99. Here is the link. solfasinger.com/vocal-warm-ups/ email me if you have questions, roger@solfasinger.com
I don't get it, after we did it with him comes instrumental with words only, do we do this? So this is repeating the mi ma mu go a second time after we already did it heaps with him in video? Or do we pick one and finish with it? (Him or words on screen)
I love your videos. I’m sorry to say that the second exercise here isn’t clear to me. Should I be able to hear the descending sol fa me re do in the music or just the ma me mi mi mu on the single note? Thanks so much!

Is it better to sing sitting or standing up and why?
If you sing with proper posture you and sing seated or standing. Check out this short video I did on posture. ua-cam.com/video/DIqhO2Vs5po/v-deo.html
I can't do the mi me ma mo mu for soprano
If you check the description of the video you can find a link to download the music in PDF form.
