i guess im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid lost the account password. I would love any help you can offer me!
Thanks for talking about self-checking. As someone who works with cancer patients, I’d also like to add that it’s important for young women to do so as breast cancer in young women is typically much more aggressive and deadlier than for older women due to generic factors. Also older women usually have mammograms regularly scheduled but that doesn’t start until age of 40+.
Completely understand about the house being a life long project! We have just (well, the same time as you!) bought our first apartment in the English countryside, and whilst we only intend on staying here about 3 years, I can already tell we will be constantly changing and evolving it!!
Good morning from Australia 💕 (yes I’m a bit of an insomniac today). I’m loving your moving vlogs as they are a nice escape from covid it’s such a privilege to watch you renovate your beautiful house. It’s so nice to watch your videos and your positivity and brightness is so refreshing and enjoyable.
I like the cardigan. Someone said it was a bit old fashioned but if you're out and about it will mean you can where you dresses earlier/later into the season. ps your new home and garden is beautiful
I attended a seminar in which a doctor gave the advice to set alerts for every two hours throughout the day/evening, to remind yourself to drink a glass of water (Roughly works out to equal the recommended 6-8 glass per day). I used to never drink enough water. Yet, this method truly has helped me to stay not just hydrated...but consistently hydrated. So, just wanted to take a moment and pass that little tip onto you as well. Hopefully, that helps. All the best. 💖🙏🏼😊
ooo im going to have to try that nuxe rose peel 😍 🌹 yes house renovations can be so daunting 😥 never enough money or time. but you have done such a beautiful job so far! i love all of your homey videos ☺️
Awww, Dickens hopping through the wheat fields, I had to watch that twice. Too cute, might have to watch it again! QOTD- When is your lovely mother coming to visit? I'm sure you miss her.
Great well done on breast check.. I had two weeks ago a breast biopsy... was crazy day... and lucky results were all clear.. my mum died from breast cancer she was 63 years old 3 years ago.. so I've had lumps removed and biopsies..it important that everyone checks.. so proud of you for putting it out there.. xxlove and hugs
Thank you for the breast check reminder. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. It was caught very early and I did not have to have chemo, just radiation. I will be on a hormone blocker for five years which has unwanted side effects. Your voice can be heard for many women to remind them.
I love the cardigan. Something totally different and unique, it goes with you! Question- have you thought of getting a ancestry specialist, or a historian to your house to talk about the signs you have there and generally about the history. I would love such a video!
I really like watching your blogs. I missed how to make your mac and cheese. Would you please put up again where I can find it. It truly looked delicious! Thank you from America!
😂😂😂😂Bride Wars is the movie. Your house is such a Christmas house. It's going to look amazing. Can't believe we are talking Christmas 🤣🤣 . Great vlog as always Josie. Xx
I have some advice from costly damage that I suffered. I have 100% wool carpets and I suffered from carpet beetle which I had never even heard of. I was horrified and felt so dirty if you know what I mean. Personally I wouldn't go for 100% wool as the buggers did so much damage despite the carpets being vacuumed regularly. I noticed you rightly advise women to have breast cancer checks. Please tell the guys to check for prostate cancer. We tend to think that if everything works then we are OK. I found out to my cost that I was actually very unwell. I'm one of the lucky ones but I was nearly too late. Be safe both of you. John
Josie make sure you get a big sample to make sure you do do not see foot prints or paw prints when you walk. We are in the process of changing our carpet and one of the one we love because it was so soft it would have been a disaster (well the prints will annoyed me) if that does not bother you then disregard my comment lol . Also now they have safe guard ones that if you have a stain does not go to the back of your carpet so the stain does not reappear. After you clean.
See if you can get a bigger sample of your carpet to check in the rooms under those lighting conditions. A wool/synthetic blend has the benefits of both. We had 100 % wool previously and it went very fluffy.
Thank you for talking about the need for self checking!! It’s very nice of you. Also, love the little cardigan because of the little collar, sweet looking.🙋🏻
LOVE your vlog -- each and every video is a treat!! But -- of course -- the dogs are the True Stars of this series!! Especially during your countryside walks! (rolling in poo - LOL!!)
Think of your skin care as the food you are putting in your body. Black grapes, blueberries, red peppers all contain antioxidants that protect against pollution and sun damage. The darker and brighter the colours the more antioxidants. And healthy fats, like avocados, olive oil to plump the skin and keep it hydrated. Also Vitamin C and good proteins to produce collegen. Skin care is good, but I don't think anything in a bottle could have the same effect as healthy food.x 😊
Hello darling! I hope you are having fun renovating and gardening, I know i enjoy watching you do it! Have a wonderful day EVERYONE and remember to stay safe cuz covid is still a thing! ♡
🙏🏽🙏🏽💗 SO Awesome what GHd is doing for Breast Cancer awareness! Out here in the states a few day ago we just lost one of our beloved celebrities, Amazing woman, Kelly Preston-Travolta , to a two year battle of breast cancer:( so sad! 💔Very important to keep the awareness and research going💓💗🙏🏽
Those boys are such a joy to watch! I love how one of them takes off and then stops and turns around and waits for the other one to catch up 😊. Josie we are three years into our new home and phase 2 is still in process. 🙈 It's important to get your rooms livable and THEN figuring out how you're going to use the rooms and then really start putting the details in. Trying to do the upkeep in between those times is Major. It's a lot of work but it's extremely enjoyable and rewarding ☺️💕
I’m a wool rug fanatic and have always never skimped on my rugs. The one negative (and only one!) is that they fuzz similar to a sweater in high traffic areas and you can’t shave or trim them or they unravel. Something to talk to your rug vendor about. I adore your samples. Josie have you decided on a floral fabric for your bedroom to tie your greens together? It looks so cozy how do you ever get up?
Josie, another good tip for beautiful next day curls is to get a silk pillow cover! I’ve got natural curls and it’s the only thing that really makes a difference for me! If you have a linen pillow cover it really roughens up the structure of you hair while you’re sleeping... love from Germany ❤️
Making house a home and home a castle is not a destination...it is a journey. A wonderful journey that will venture through evolving changes in style, design, technology, taste, necessity, preferences, regrets, and timeless favorites being moved from one corner of the room to another. Enjoy the journey...when it ends, its because you've stopped caring. ❤
I love that bathroom. Bigger size yet still cozy! I'm a sucker for darker wood floors. I've never been one for carpet. If I had to, I'd go for something thin and indestructible and easy clean. I'm assuming something like that exists? Or is that being too picky?
Bride Wars is the movie......Dickens and Dexter are so precious....we have lived in our forever home here in Long Island NY for 47 years now and believe me you are never done. Always something needs a little TLC. Just enjoy it all....... it goes very fast.
I got a breast cancer scare when I was in my 20's, I got 2 lumps removed then. Luckily they were not cancer (yet). Got a scare again 2 years ago, but luckily it was a cyste. Even when you are young, please check yourself. My cousin found out she has breast cancer (stage 4), 2 years ago when she was 35 years old. It is terminal, she waited too long to go to a doctor, because she didn't think it would be anything. If you feel something is not right, please go see a doctor.
Watch parenthood next.. you will love it!! Love the content today! Hearing the mac and cheese sizzling was brilliant! Breast cancer sucks! OK THE RUN THROUGH THE FIELD EPIC!
I like the cropped cardi, it's a keeper, but I have a thing about collars, always turn them up. Love the H & M sundress. As for renovating, you're correct there, it's never finished because you will always find something to work on, even when it's 'perfect' a home needs maintaining. Just about to spruce up our laundry, William Morris Strawberry Thief wallpaper had to come from the UK... wouldn't you know, no Chocolate colourway in Australia! 🦘💗
We need to look after are body this is so amazing this is why I like you we all are in the same boat us girls we need to check are body if anything changes and this a really important to do thank you for being so amazing to us all . hope you have a lovely summer holidays lots of love .Jemma.
Love your vlog...love the cardigan...my honey the worse thing for skin is sugar...and fast food...although I know you don’t indulge in fast food overload. Just loved the boys on their walk ! Sleep well xx
Hey Josie I'd love it if you could share a bit about walking in the country side. Id' like to get out and explore more but I worry about walking on someones land when I shouldn't! How do you know if you it's ok to walk through someones field for example? Thanks in advance :)
Josie, you are so pretty, 😍 Charlie handsome, the two boys are more and more streetwise, too funny when they run in the field 😂😂😂 What a wonderful family 🥰 Congratulations, and Merci ❣️ 🙏 ✨
I think any of those neutral carpets you liked would do well with the wood tone you selected! Those tighter weave carpets should have a really good wearability, but checking with the carpet experts is always a great idea! Depending on how you plan to use each space, may determine your choices by how they feel under foot. I think you are correct when saying your home will constantly be evolving and changing, because your needs, wants and tastes change over the years! I think you are so wise to take your time and do things in phases (not only for your budget, but for your sanity! 🤪😉😁)! I like to curate pieces I come across over my excursions out and about, and even my travels, instead of ordering everything out of a catalog just to fill the rooms!! Often times these gorgeous antiques you may find are actually handcrafted works of art that will be the furniture you can pass down to future generations, even though they’ve already lived through who knows how many generations! Plus, incorporating things with a little age and character will certainly suit your home beautifully! My tastes tend to lean more classic Edwardian, Georgian and French with an overall eclectic mix of some family heirlooms, so I’m never afraid to incorporate beautiful things together from different eras! I loved how impatient Dexter was to get on with his walk. The two were adorable waiting at their doggie gate so they could cross the fields! Dickens couldn’t have been any cuter bounding through the tall grass! Your boys always stir my emotions, inspiring a smile, a heartwarming “awww”, or like today, an all out laugh! 😂 Our fur babies provide so much joy and entertainment! Thank you so much for sharing you boy’s antics with us! It always induces happiness! 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Josie, I really love your videos - looking for them every day (if possible) - love especially those moving vlogs :) But today I would have a beauty question to you - I'm unsure what moisturizer I should use, my skin, I would say is "normal", but I often do have the problem, that it's getting to oily using normal face cream. I've a real quick cleansing routine, just cleansing gel under the shower, after that micellar water and than often nothing or a moisturizer, but than there is often the problem with oily skin, but without it's too dry. Maybe you do have a good recommendation for me (brand and product)? As well my body skin is absolutely dry, but I hate too much cream on my body, I need something that's soaking in very fast. Thank you Josie. Looking forward to todays vlog :)
Thank you for bringing up breast cancer and checking your boobs every month! I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36! Thankfully I did check my boobs every month and immediately felt a lump one month...6 weeks later I was in hospital having surgery...I’m 59 years old now and so grateful for every single day in my life ❤️
I am 43 years old. Don’t forget that once you hit about 18, you can get breast cancer. The best time to check is right after your period. Nothing is swollen or sore. I have large dense breasts ( I’m and H cup) . Every month I lean forward so my breast fall forward so I can check the sides, the bottom and the top. Then, I lay on my back and check everything whilst “ flat” I use 2-3 fingers and go around in circles from the areola out. One of the things to remember as one gets older, we will get random surface changes. If you can move a lump or bump around free from the tissue of your breast it’s usually something that isn’t to worry about. That being said, ALWAYS check with your doctor. My doctor was fantastic and helped me not be so anxious. I love the cardigan. I get what you are saying about the collar. If the ends were just SLIGHTLY less pointy ... slightly rounded. I have LOVED the vlogs and the regular videos. My daughter is 14 and we watch your videos together. It’s been nice for her to see that you can be young and dress in a way that is put together and not have all of your bits out on display. It’s also nice for me to be sneaky and see stuff she likes and get ideas for Christmas. And I’m with some of the other viewers.. Have you guys picked a wedding date??? I was wondering if some how I missed that bit. A home is never finished. Thats one of the lovely things about a real home. It’s always changing. Wait until you have little Josies and Charlies running around. It will change TONS . Then as they get older ...and you get older... Like I said, I’m 43, and If I were you I would sit down with the Mr. and plan on how you will change things as you get older. At some point, you will probably need to live on one floor, how will you do that? WIll you move to the gate house and one of your children get the main house so they can keep an eye on you? I know it’s a long way off, but you will be shocked at how fast things go once kids come. Also, you never know what will happen in the future. I had septic shock 6 years ago and now we are looking at having to move as stairs are not as easy as they once were and it’s not going to get easier as I get older. What happens if God forbid one of you is in an accident. It’s the boring part of being a grown up . But it is an important part .
I know I am not a doctor, of course, but I have heard that the propensity to drowsiness after a carb heavy meal can indicate insulin resistance. And I hope you are well.
Did you buy the house alone or did you do it together? I know you aren’t married yet and was wondering how the purchase went.. that home is incredible an you’re putting in so much work , I’d be scared to lose it in the event of anything happening.
The movie is Bridal Wars 😊 I'm totally getting this dress, I love it. The facial products look amazing. Old homes need TLC forever. Enjoy the journey! Loved watching the pups in the field.
Lost my mother 4 years ago to inflammatory breast cancer. At age 35- I decided to go ahead with a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. Ladies ALWAYS check yourself for lumps monthly, and never be afraid to contact your physician if you notice changes ❤️
Another lovely chatty vlog , I love the little cardigan with the collar , very cute . Nothing cuter than doggy ears bounding towards you across the fields , bless him . My #QOTD...any little regrets about moving to the countryside ? It looks idyllic , but is there anything you both miss ? I too have set a reminder in my diary , thank you for that sweetie xxx
Thanks for another great vlog! I would say I have not been good with checking my boobs either. Good reminder to do so for sure. Love Dickens hopping through the fields! He's super adorable! 💕
It's always lovely watching your Vlogs. Furniture moving advice: You can wrap the Legs in an old quilted blanket or Moving pads to ensure the least damage to walls and doors. Note: Remember to carefully place additional padding along Narrow Walls and doorways use Giant Thumbnails of Gorilla Tape to hold. To remove the tape simply use warm water.
Josie, you will find your skin will love you even more if you layer the hyaluronic acid serum and then follow with a nice night cream. The night cream will act as an occlusive layer to help the hyaluronic acid to really do its job and hydrate your skin. Your skin will feel lush in the morning 😊
Ah! We got last year our forever home and we are very little by little doing the whole house, we want to re do the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the garden etc little by little.
I definitely check my boobs regularly since having a scare a while back but I wouldn't advise doing it when you're on your period as some women get lumpy boobs around that time. Good advice to encourage everyone to do it 😃
The RevitaLash® serum is really good I'm using it since April and there is a big difference, I don't think my eyelashes were ever that long and thick :)
Hi Josie definitely an important notice to check your breasts. I have had breast cancer and it is awful. I found mine by checking my breasts. Loved your vlog as always. When you were in the fields the doggies were adorable, love seeing them run and have fun. You both have done such a wonderful job on your house , and at Christmas phase l completed that will be amazing. Thank you for all the skin care information. Much lovexxxx
@@jacquihallett1672 and. Why do people always question when I comment something. Everyone is allowed to comment what they want when they want. If u have a problem with that then don't bother to take the time to read my comment and question it.
Hannah's Rainbow Dog because it’s obvious you couldn’t have time to have watched it but you always say you enjoyed it after a minute it has been uploaded.
Hi Josie, those fields look lovely I am curious and wanted to know do you need permission to cross those fields? Btw the cardigan looks lovely, that sleeve length looks very classy.
arrggg your dogs are just adorable!!!! how cute are those jumpy ears!!
Great piece of film of the dogs bounding about in the field.👌👌👌
I really love all the content you do from the kitchen. Must be the Aga aesthetic!
The cardigan looks gorgeous on you!❤️💕
Honey, we built our dream home 20 years ago and we are still not done! It’s never ending! Enjoy the journey. 💗💐

The collar of the jacket is very sweet 🌱😊
We had a carpet with the wide waffles. The dirt falls into the deep areas and only the ridges get cleaned. Just my two cents worth!!
Donna Mcmillan I was thinking the same thing. And what happens when there a littles around that get sick... that would be NO fun to try and clean.
Thanks for the tip! I almost put that carpet in my entire upstairs! I was wondering if that would be e problem...
@@KoriEmerson That is true!!
I cannot take how cute Dickens looked bouncing through the fields!!!! 💗💗💗💗

It’s very nice of you. Also, love the little cardigan because of the little collar, sweet looking.🙋🏻
I don’t know if it is the collar or just the overall appearance and manners of Josie but she reminds me of Grace Kelly. Or maybe Cinderella?

I loved how impatient Dexter was to get on with his walk. The two were adorable waiting at their doggie gate so they could cross the fields! Dickens couldn’t have been any cuter bounding through the tall grass! Your boys always stir my emotions, inspiring a smile, a heartwarming “awww”, or like today, an all out laugh! 😂 Our fur babies provide so much joy and entertainment! Thank you so much for sharing you boy’s antics with us! It always induces happiness! 🥰🥰🥰
I like the cardigan. It looks like something that will be very useful, too.
Hi Josie, I really love your videos - looking for them every day (if possible) - love especially those moving vlogs :)
But today I would have a beauty question to you - I'm unsure what moisturizer I should use, my skin, I would say is "normal", but I often do have the problem, that it's getting to oily using normal face cream.
Enjoyed and Loved This Vlog Soooo Very Much Josie!! You Look Stunning as Always!! Thank You For a Lovely Vlog as Always!! Sending Much Love!!
Thank you for bringing up breast cancer and checking your boobs every month! I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36! Thankfully I did check my boobs every month and immediately felt a lump one month...6 weeks later I was in hospital having surgery...I’m 59 years old now and so grateful for every single day in my life ❤️
Incredible 💗💗💗
The two-toned or high-low twist carpet will always look cleaner in the long haul, especially in high traffic areas and on the stairs.
Kori -- on weekends I will often take time to read comments -- I must say I appreciate your comments in particular and thank you for sharing.
Patsy Cloninger That is so kind . It’s just me being in my 40’s remembering my 20’s
Today was a great volg... appreciate the awareness you are spreading on a very important cause.....
Love from india.🙏
The collar looks elegant x
I know I am not a doctor, of course, but I have heard that the propensity to drowsiness after a carb heavy meal can indicate insulin resistance. And I hope you are well.
Mac and cheese is my favourite food and your version looks totally amazing!
Did you buy the house alone or did you do it together? I know you aren’t married yet and was wondering how the purchase went.. that home is incredible an you’re putting in so much work , I’d be scared to lose it in the event of anything happening.
The movie is Bridal Wars 😊
I'm totally getting this dress, I love it.
The facial products look amazing.
Old homes need TLC forever. Enjoy the journey! Loved watching the pups in the field.
Hi odaly
Lost my mother 4 years ago to inflammatory breast cancer. At age 35- I decided to go ahead with a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. Ladies ALWAYS check yourself for lumps monthly, and never be afraid to contact your physician if you notice changes ❤️
mac n cheese 🧀 club!!! Yesss ma’am!!! Favorite food also!!👍🏽🧀🧀🙏🏽😂👌🏽🥰
Another lovely chatty vlog , I love the little cardigan with the collar , very cute .
This is exactly what I do. My rule is the thinnest formulas first then to the thicker treatments last
Ah! We got last year our forever home and we are very little by little doing the whole house, we want to re do the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the garden etc little by little.
One always has to have a contingency budget because unexpected repairs crop up .
Yes, I love you stressed the neck! You go girl.....#what is the location of the beautiful stain glassed window?
Hi lovely the carpets you are showing I have got this and had it for 16 years and it is good and hard wearing not very soft though xxx
I definitely check my boobs regularly since having a scare a while back but I wouldn't advise doing it when you're on your period as some women get lumpy boobs around that time. Good advice to encourage everyone to do it 😃
I love your hair in a pony 👍
The RevitaLash® serum is really good I'm using it since April and there is a big difference, I don't think my eyelashes were ever that long and thick :)
Hi denitsaa
Hi Josie definitely an important notice to check your breasts. I have had breast cancer and it is awful. I found mine by checking my breasts. Loved your vlog as always. When you were in the fields the doggies were adorable, love seeing them run and have fun. You both have done such a wonderful job on your house , and at Christmas phase l completed that will be amazing. Thank you for all the skin care information. Much lovexxxx
I loved the vlog today. It was really good.
Hannah's Rainbow Dog it only downloaded 2mins. Ago!
Getting personal, I used to check mine 10 days after my periods xx
