At one point I had a bad shoulder impingement and a really bad groin pull so we literally just did bro days every day of the week

Safety cages are the best spotter. Depending on your height and where the pins are set you may not be able to hit “depth” 🙄 on certain lifts, but, I’ll take a safe lift over a nonsense and dangerous fail.

It’s better to learn hookgrip when you start training so your hookgrip adapts throughout your full history of training
