Saw them Nov 4th Brixton Academy. Am 64 yrs old. Been to more than a few gigs in my time, one of the best, danced beginning to end with my daughter. What a show, go see
In the last 24 hours I've discovered several groups on UA-cam that I previously hadn't heard of: Lucky Chops, Moon Hooch and Too Many Zooz. That brought up Meute, who I 'd also never heard of. I love their idea of playing techno/house type music on proper instruments. The sound of the brass and woodwind instruments is gorgeous, and the marimba and percussion is good too. It just seems more interesting than when everything is done electronically. I like the marching band style uniforms too. They are clearly excellent musicians, which always gains my respect.

Geniuses - total geniuses. The marimba player is not from this world. How does he keep this concentration and flawlessness throughout the entire concert? Same for the entire percussion group. The brass sound is to die for and the musicality lifts me up to heaven. Wonderful!!!! Discovering finally this amazing Band? Best Christmas gift ever.

Gestern Abend bei Kultur-Pur auf dem Giller... Es hat etwas magisches, so viel musikalisches Talent und handwerkliches Können gepaart mit Kreativität und absoluter Freude am ...Musizieren. Der Druck von der Bühne reißt einfach mit. Wunderbar. Ich bin völlig begeistert von der Band!

This is so atmospheric with a cool appreciative crowd. Check out the Meute roof top session too. It is on another level musically and emotionally. I live in Australia and would love to be able to travel post Covid19 and see them live. At age 60 I appreciate music more than ever in my life.

G'day Leanne, moved to Spain from NZ a few years ago, and was lucky to see them in Valencia last year, two weeks before Covid stopped the tour. Amazing night, awesome band, they played non-stop for 2 1/2 hrs.

This is so atmospheric with a cool appreciative crowd. Check out the Meute roof top session too. It is on another level musically and emotionally. I live in Australia and would love to be able to travel post Covid19 and see them live. At age 60 I appreciate music more than ever in my life.
I have watched the session, Leanne, already several times and can´t get enough!!!-:) I wish I could soak up their music at a live concert as well!!!-:)

Same here. I am 44, and music has always been a main denominator in my life. But it becomes more and more intense with age. I am German btw, same town as they are. Love Australia and hope to travel there soon.
They've got a really cool fusion of modern jazz and funk tastefully blended into a whole new genre.
G'day Leanne, moved to Spain from NZ a few years ago, and was lucky to see them in Valencia last year, two weeks before Covid stopped the tour. Amazing night, awesome band, they played non-stop for 2 1/2 hrs.
