10:40 Here is where you are wrong. Employee leaving a company it causes a fraction of a percentage loss to companys income. When Company throws out an employee there is a 100% income loss to the employee, so you cannot directly compare both they way you are.
If the loss was equally fealt by the acts of leaving or layed off then it would be the same, but thats not the case.

And when student takes subscription, they get to know that the teacher has already left unacademy.

Ashish Arora sir, Ankush Lamba sir and Nimisha Bansal ma'am...they also left unacadamy but now unacadamy has filed some case against them...now our teachers are not able to take our classes...we students are so in trouble right now
Even though they made that policies they sued nimisha ma'am aashish Arora , Ankush sir after 1 month of leaving unacadamy bcz they started their own app together
There biggest rsn is pw too...like pw single handl destroyed unacademy by offering courses in 3 to 4k and second is unacademy just wasted too much money on advertisement
Great video as a student of unacademy I know how it works.... I want to add one more thing, in my point of view unacademy was the 1st edtech who brought the teachers at that much costs, made the teachers very famous, gave them the best infrastructure, quality of teaching and everything a teacher requires.... Ig teaching is now the highly paid jobs nowadays just because of unacademy....

Other Side of Coin : First they associate with big platform, gets recognition n fame , cash the students emotions, leave the platform, starts own channel. Ex: Prashant Dhawan , Mahipal Rathore , Tarun Kumar ,Sarvesh etc etc lots of names.
It is because of Prasanth Sir that I have started getting interest in Geo Politics
But due to the new policy of Unacademy, he is not able to upload videos on UA-cam properly.

Study IQ was the platform where he just after got famous immediately turns to other platform and the same thing I have left this n that , students are my life only teaching is my passion bla bla , only cash the students emotions. as an ex educator.... ek mistake aur hai unacademy ki. unki management team ko exams ki knowledge hi nahi hai....isiliye sales team sale hi nai kar pati thi aur sara pressure educators par aa gaya....agar 1x target hua to 2x karo aise hi chalta tha....aapki case study adhuri hai bhai...infact jo category managers vagera hai unhe ye tak nahi pata ki exam pattern kya hai...ye tak nai pata ki ek exam me kitne stages hote hai.... sirf aapke diye hue reasons pure nahi hai......management team ko kabhi bhi teachers ke teaching skills aur unke talent ko kabhi nahi dekhta....sirf subscription do chahe views ho ya nahi......unhe fark nahi padta....

I have to say that I am learning a lot from these companies missteps regarding how they function and treat their people, so that I can hopefully make my startup do better for the community.
Healthcare and Education are two sectors that take quite long time to build reputation, because it needs to win people trust that happen within a period of time. However, with the money pumped by the investors, these edtechs promoted heavily, and hired the most expensive teachers. All in all, the overall primary motive of all stake holders, the owner, the investors and also the teachers was to make huge money in short period of time. No one cared about students genuinely. And when you dont care about your "real" customers, you are bound to fail.
@@sagarshridesh The part where the company has to keep the investor happy first and then worry about the customer and employees is why I am so adamant on building up the startup on a shoe string budget without outside funding and reinvest the revenue generated in future endavours. This path will take longer but at the very least I can direct the company vision.
I 💯 agree, Was part of Unacademy in 2021 and then left it in 4 months due to my failure in student conversion, and also their policies of favouring the favoured.
Now I have started my venture for LIFE SCIENCE Exams and slowly I will make it big, without investors.

most of the teachers join adda after unacademy.

Bro it was happen because of one incident in which teacher said something that politicians are only changing name of the places. And from that incident Unacademy want to monitor UA-cam of all teachers and it was not feasible for them that why they brings this policy.

The reason I joined the unacademy class was due to seep pahuja mam but most of the sessions are taken by other teachers and few classes are given to seep mam so its literally like making fame out of them so..know I follow neet adda and they are literally slaying 😂and classes are really consistent and awesome ❤❤

Firstly,love for your subject is the primary step to crack any examination and only a good educator can develop that love in his students hence teacher student mein emotions rahena is necessary for good results...agar ye na hota to hum robots ban jate. Banking keliye best educators Aashish sir, Ankush sir and Nimisha ma'am hai and Unacademy ne humare educators ke against case file kiya hai...un logoki galti silf ek hai...they didn't want to delete their UA-cam channels because of those students jinke pas itna paisa nahi tha jo Unacademy ka subscription le and education is not a business but unacademy only thought about the privileged ones and not about everyone when education is the right of every citizen.
