Very nice. I added a little mutti crush tomatoes I had left over. Also some sliced potatoes. And some capers, black and green olives. Oh and a little anchovies. Oh and some prawns too.

I wonder if you can give me tricks on how to make this for a crowd of 8-10. Do you make it in 2-3 batches from scratch? Make lots of sauce ahead of time then cook the fish above it in batches? Any help for the best efficient way would be really appreciated.

Yea making evreything ahead is the best way to make for a crowd of 8 or 10 aka have king evreything ready in larger so instead of 1 cup do 6
