Tamilnadu or Madras sambhar is perfect taste tangy from tamarind with vegetables like potato, carrot, beans, brinjal etc. Andhra sambhar is somewhat similar to Madras sambhar but a bit spicy because of use of red chilly. I find tamilnadu/Madras sambhar best next to Andhra.
