Please don't promote cutlery, it's not good to send wooden cutlery while you're sitting in home. In zomato we have this option but don't know why swiggy is still sending.
Not sure how much you order from Zomato.. even after selecting 'No' for cutlery, some outlets/restaurants still send their cutlery. And it's good that they are showing whatever they are receiving, not sharing any false information like some other channels.
