  • Hey all!
My muscle up has been something I have put so much time & effort into learning over the last 10 months and am SO excited to share this journey with you. Here is everything I did & didn't do to get my muscle up, but I have also included suggestions for your own training , what I think you should do & what to miss out.
Thanks so much for taking the time to watch this video! Any support on my channel is appreciated & if you want to learn from me you can do so via my app!

Muscle ups are just so cool. I remember watching a tv show called Arrow character did it, and I just had to learn it took me nearly 2 years

Damn girl, starting to learn a muscle up with arguably the hardest variation a strict bar muscle up. The difference between the first and last video is mainly the false the grip that shortens your lever arm and facilitates the transition. And yeah that shit hurts on your wrists and elbows. With your strength and wrist flexibility you can learn all other muscle up variations (kipping on the bar, strict/kipping on the rings) in a heartbeat, as long as you have a decent coach.
