There are a few things you need to keep in mind when looping samples perfectly on the Akai MPC. The first thing to keep in mind is that you will need to time your loops properly. You need to know the length of the sample you are looping and the tempo of the beat you are working with. Once you have that information, you can start timing your loops.
Another thing to keep in mind when looping samples is the pitch. You will want to make sure that the pitch of the sample is in line with the pitch of the beat you are working with. This will help to create a more cohesive mix.

Yes you can bro just create a new drum program and and drag and drop the sample on the A1 pad or any pad you want it on

I tried it but, it didn't work for me. My samples aren't lining up with the drums. I've previously tried a number of ways but, may have lined them a few times but, the rest of the times they were off beat. What do I do?

Try the head bob method. Just bob your head to the sample and count. Every time your head goes down that’s 1 . Count to 4, 8 or 16. If you are in double time. The 8 will be one bar. Set you start point when your head goes down. Set your end point after you say 8 and about to go to 1 again.

This software is sooooo buggy, discard or delete is greyed out it's not selectable, and the sample disappeared when extracting it. I will stick to Maschine and give my nephew this Akai MPC studio.

I do agree that it is a little buggy at times. But most DAW is buggy at times. The MPC Software is a good DAW. It just takes a little getting used to for the user to get comfortable with it. And that’s the same with any other DAW. Thanks for commenting I appreciate it 🙏🏾👍🏾🙌🏾

@@doswellbeats MPC Studio is beyond buggy but, I never had any issues with other DAW's like this! Even when Luna first came out, it was not this buggy, and now LUNA is a stellar DAW. I'ts like you gotta press 10 buttons to get one thing done, which is weird, hopefully they fix this!
