Love these type of videos the most that u do!! They r so interesting. Im a mother and want to thank all those in the comments who wish the moms a happy Mothers Day. Just wanted them to know its appreciated. A mother in eastern Tennessee. ❤
Adam, Happy Mother’s Day to your Mom, she’s awesome 🩷 Love her on the Daily Woo, And Happy Mother’s Day to ALL you Mom’s out there, including my awesome Mom and my wife who’s an awesome Mom.
Cool trip. I was born in Orlando in 1956 and raised in Winter Haven. I think I’ve seen a lot of old Florida, but nope, you’re showing areas I’ve never been through. Love your backroads adventures!
Very interesting video. Enjoy seeing towns off the beaten path. These Florida towns are such a contrast to the Disney bubble. Amazing that two worlds exist so near yet so far apart. Thx, again! 👍🏼
I have lived in Umatilla most of my life, same house for 43 years. It was founded by Nathan Trowell in 1856 and registered with the US Land Office in 1876. The Trowell Mansion was only a block or two from where you were standing. The pillared building hasn’t been a bank in many decades. You missed the tree carvings of animals in Caldwell Park. They are really cool! The Chamber of Commerce is a one person office :) The library used to be the railroad station. It’s a nice town. Thanks for visiting!
13:55 - "Godzilla climbing to the top of an oil rig" - i hope you were trolling Adam haha! Nice video! I like these small town trips, especially when there are cool roadside attractions like that yard art place
Thanks. What a great video trip to go on this morning. I have learned so much more than just a drive through or pass up altogether. And to top it all off with the tie back to Disney, loved it all.
Love old Florida. Seen those graves and so amazing to see Disney family members . It’s a shame Disney corporation doesn’t fix and maintain those graves.
Very cool and interesting. When I was a kid we lived in Orlando for a while and I remember going up to Lake Yale which I think is in or close to Umatilla and Eustis when there was nothing there but this huge lake I remember driving thru orange groves on dirt roads to get back there to it. I miss those days.
I really enjoy seeing the small towns with their old buildings and signs. I’ve done the same in north Georgia, getting all sorts of cool photographs. You’ve got to get out and see all these places and things while they’re still around.
Hi Adam. My husband and I have been watching you for a while now. We love Disney World information. We are enjoying your visits to small towns in Florida. I was wondering if you have been to Palatka Florida. Palatka is my hometown, but we live in South Carolina now. Palatka boast having the oldest diner in the state, Angles. Downtown is right on the St. John’s river. It’s a beautiful area.
Love Palatka. Worked a pest control route back in 2008-2010 and would take care of kay Larkin apartments college arms. The Hitchcock's on the east side and a lays potato chips warehouse out there. I believe there is a place called Ravine gardens that is so beautiful
Happy Mother’s Day to your wonderful mother Adam I know you were there to spend some time with her. She’s awesome. We never told us what airline you were going to be taken. I hope it’s Delta.
I love your videos man, you inspired me to start my own channel. Already did 2 vlogs!!! Appreciate all the hard work over the years for our entertainment
I love love love the small town videos that you make. I watched them and seems like I'm on vacation with you. Thank you and tell your mom I said happy Mother's Day.
Nowhere, I kind of don't like my town called that, but its used a lot. I wonder if their is a 'Nowhere' village somewhere in the US. (I bet their is) I know most people seem to like big cities and the suburbs, but life is pretty good in Nowhere.
Happy mothers day to your mom. Being from florida but currently far far away, your video help me stay close to home. I have never checked out umatilla myself either so this was a first time for me also
I remember back when you did 192 and I was like holy smokes I walk that & drive up n down there all my life have seen so many parts of fl change thank u for documenting all of this
A smaller version of an outdoor yard art place that offers the same lines of merchandise is in Tarpon Springs FL only I think they lack most of the furniture. We love the place every-time we visit down there.
If you do get up to Toronto for a Jays Game head up to Goderich, Kincardine Area. The Disneys settled here from Ireland and where Elias Disney was born. How they got to the US is a very interesting story. Many Disney Family Graves in Goderich area.
I like the hidden gems that you find in these small towns, I'll take a small town over the big city anyday. The water in the water fountain did look dirty tho.
Mom is from Star Tannery, VA. There's not even a "town." Always wanted to take the inherited land back there to start something up and/or build a tiny home on it and just disappear.
You should check out Mims, sometime. It's on the east coast, four miles north of Titusville. It's a quaint little town. Lagrange cemetery is located there, the oldest in the state. Also, you might want to take the Harry T. Moore Foundation tour. He was the first Civil Rights martyr. I love the place. My grandmother lived in Mims. It's where I spent a lot of time. Every now and then I return when I feel a pang of nostalgia.
Walt Disney SHOULD have done something about his Grandparents graves. They look terrible. He had the money to do something. Shame on him. Love your videos Adam!
I’m from Lake County, just south of Umatilla named Groveland. It was a real small town growing up. Now it’s crazy how many people live there. I live in east Georgia another small!
I have little gas station is pretty cool. I was thinking to clean up that stuff in the grass and cut it and then put another coat on the mural that place cleaned up real nice.
The one thing Adam I like that you do is other options. I love going to Disney and it’s also those hidden gems and small towns which now I would love to check out when I get back to Central Florida
Does anyone else "follow along" with Adam while watching videos like this? Or am I alone in my insanity? I go on google maps/street view, etc. That mural at the top of the video was just as faded in 2008 as it is now. I've got to check out that Yard Art place sometime. Fun stuff!
Of course I do, he lives so close to me so I open maps on my phone and follow along. I get my “family day” adventure ideas from him 🥰 also, I’ve driven past the yard art place more than a dozen times and I always think of Adam. He’s definitely been there before.. I’ve gotta go!!
Connersville is so small that it doesn't even have a Wikipedia page. My parents live not far from a Florida town called Thomas City, which is designated as a historic town according to a sign when you get into town. I tried looking it up and there's nothing about it on Wiki, plus a Google search just says it exists. It has to be extremely small and it's just farmland on one side of the road. I'd love to know how and why it's considered to be historic
Love these type of videos the most that u do!! They r so interesting. Im a mother and want to thank all those in the comments who wish the moms a happy Mothers Day. Just wanted them to know its appreciated. A mother in eastern Tennessee. ❤

That sunset strip just little different than La one 😂😂 just alittle Adam . Happy mother's Day to Momma Woo an all the mother's out there
You were in my kneck of the woods! Happy trails to Woo!!
The bank with the pillars in the beginning looks very Back to the Future like! I love it! 🔥❤️
Great unique tours

Great video of Fla. Small towns..
A smaller version of an outdoor yard art place that offers the same lines of merchandise is in Tarpon Springs FL only I think they lack most of the furniture. We love the place every-time we visit down there.
I was trying to think where in Tarpon Springs that place is....I lived in the area off Alt. 19 for years just before you get to Tarpon.
Thank you for such a an adventure. It was pretty cool
love those vlogs 📸 wish I could do , what you do Sir ... greetings from Brooklyn NY 😎
fantastic video thanks
That was wonderful
I love your Florida roadtrips!
I appreciate your content so much! Taking me back to the 80’s and 90’s of growing up in Central FL! The Old FL lol ♥️ 🌴 ☀️
Tower of Paris….. love it!
Dialing back the stache was a good move.
Walt's grandparents' graves looked so abandoned and the entire cemetery so uncared for.
If you do get up to Toronto for a Jays Game head up to Goderich, Kincardine Area. The Disneys settled here from Ireland and where Elias Disney was born. How they got to the US is a very interesting story. Many Disney Family Graves in Goderich area.
Adam, The cemetery comments were very “space-time continuum” like. Good job
I love Barberville Yard Art!
Wow you went to Seville, my family used to live there before they moved to Sanford well before I existed.
Happy Mother's Day to your sweet momma ❤😊
I love that sculpture of godzilla climbing the tower of paris 🩶 great vid. Feels a little bit like im there even though I'm in England
I like the hidden gems that you find in these small towns, I'll take a small town over the big city anyday. The water in the water fountain did look dirty tho.
Every town is so clean!
Mom is from Star Tannery, VA. There's not even a "town." Always wanted to take the inherited land back there to start something up and/or build a tiny home on it and just disappear.
Happy Mother’s Day Momma Woo, hope your day is Magical!
Happy mothers day to your awesome mom
The Barberville Yard Art reminds me of Son-Silver-West Galleries in Sedona Arizona.
We love barberville!!!
Sensory Overload😂😂
I always thought the high school mascot there should have been the Armadillos, The "Umatilla Armadillos" has a nice ring to it don't you think?
Great vid, thanx.
All them lamp posts reminded me of that light pole art installation in LA by the museum
Finally trimmed up the burly stache 👍👍

Adam Jim's bagels is opened. I am sure you know. They have their own bagels there. Delicious. IMO the coffee was also good.
Walt Disney SHOULD have done something about his Grandparents graves. They look terrible. He had the money to do something. Shame on him. Love your videos Adam!
Come to Interlachen, FL. We don't have anything here. But we have a lot of junk around that you could probably make sound interesting LOL
We were there in March. Incredible!
I think you meant King Kong climbing that tower, not Godzilla, he doesn't climb, he stomps! 😂😂😂
I would love to wonder around the yard art place!! Dread to think what I would come home with 😂
Adam, have you heard that the UFO Welcome Center has burned down, along with Jody's trailer that he lived in. So sad to see and hear.
Yes i heard . Its very sad, been there many times
@@TheDailyWoo Yes, and loved each visit you made.
